@malfirst - :) :). To save your heart do charity. Eat a slice of the cake and distribute the rest to family and friends. So you see, you can bake your cake and have it too and keep your heart healthy and kicking :).
@ddmhk - I am glad you liked the recipe. You can use 1 medium or big banana. It should be ripe. I hope your mom like the cake. DO let me know how it turned out.

Dear Shiva Choubey, I made the banana cake in Taiwan, really it's good and delicious and my Taiwan friends also like it very much. Keep adding more recopies’. Thanks’.
hi thx for sharing though mine turned out moist not well cooked from the inside and well cooked from the out side !!!!!! any idea how to make it perfect cooked ?????
@liza734000 - Oh no. Usually, what I do is insert a knife in the middle of the cake and see. If the knife comes out clean only then do I remove the cake. Depending on the oven and the temperature you might need to keep the cake a little longer. I sincerely hope this helps.

thank you! sorry to bother you! lol
and i found out that:
1 cup of S.F. = (1cup - 2tsp.) + 1/2tsp. b.s. + 1/2 salt A.F
* SF - self rising flower
b.s. - baking soda/baking powder
AF - all purpose flower
now i just have to do the math!
roxy81837 2 years ago
A/P= all purpose flower. Not AF.
BP=baking powder. Not b.s.
Ibestsong 2 years ago
ok, i'll try! i'm on my way to the kitchen..

shanrajd 3 years ago
hi thank u for uploading the video. idid try it but for some reason it did not rise. What could be the reason?
shanrajd 3 years ago
Did you add the proper amount of sodium bicarbonate and eggs. Because these are the two things responsible for rising.
Do sift the flour and the baking powder so that the baking powder is blended well.
Hope this helps.
