Hello, I'm from Italy, and the Magna is a very rare bike here. I'm willing to change the mufflers, and I' ve been told that V&H are the best. So...can you confirm that is possible to keep the stock filter and jetting without having any problem?
Suhweet sounding pipes. I just picked up a '98... well... have it on layaway til next month. Was wondering if you also went with the K + N filter and rejetted. If so, what did you go with in jets and with what results? Also, did you eliminate the lean surge in the 4-6k rpm range with the mods?
Sounds good. What year is it? Looks like it's newer than mine (2000), probably an '02 or '03. It also sounds like it's revving pretty high for idle. Was the choke on or something?

Yes, V&H are the best from my research & experience.
No jetting or new filter was necessay, and it's been 2 years, and it still runs and sounds great.

No re-jetting was necessary, and it's still a stock filter.

Thanks for the compliment. Actually, it's a 1996, but it's in amazing shape. Yes the idle was on.
