Uhh, what? This is THE game. And it doesn't look bad at all, infact I think that the forest looks a lot better than a tropical island. Some orange and brown colors among with more water and increased verticality will blow your head off. Crytek has so far revealed that there will be a forest level, and a lot of New York.

And they've brought more pictures that looks amazing and they to look like they are being rendered by the game engine. You can easliy see the difference from a trailer and in-game videos for example =)

No. That is not what I am saying. This game feels like quake online and with all the settings and controls, it will not flow as well as it does on the PC guarantee it. I play 360 all the time along with my ps3, and I do not see it meeting the expectations.

it was running really smooth, but to be honest in person, the game looked a bit consolish in terms of graphics. It looked as though Crysis 1 looked better than what I saw in person. Crysis 2 will really cater to the console market, not for PCs, at least this is my assumption

@tehbible actually the demo wasn't really the final version. the crysis 2 game for the pc will look better though than the last one and bettter than the console counterprts (when put at the highest settings and provided u hav a good gpu)....

also a single 5850 should be able to run the game perfectly. they optimized it like way better than the last one.

Yeah you guys, the bloom is because its a screen recording, and the video camera is on auto settings. So whenever light gets brighter, or anything it auto adjusts...and looks funny.

the only thing that I don't like graphics-wise about crysis is that it doesn't have real-time reflections, It only shows things like terrain and in some cases the trees. They only have real-time reflections in very-high, bummer...

In Crysis TOD(time of day) editor, you can edit ALL the lighting/posteffect settings (maybe motion blur too this time around) but, it's to hell and back with the lighting 0.o so you can have ur sp/mp level look anyway you want, i.e. night/day/end of the world etc.... ;)

If you compare this to my Xbox 360 then you got to say it's a lot smoother and much much better visuals quality too.

360 tech demo looks like 20 fps on medium visuals while the pc seems to me very high visual with high resolution and run at 40fps+
