It depends on the location I'm sure this spot generates thousands it has a' lot of foot traffic. A bad day is $500 which isn't all that bad if you know what your doing and can make up for it later in the week.

Wow!..I have been a hot dog vendor in downtown Tampa and I can tell you, I did not have crowds like this. Most of them were business people coming out to lunch and my competition was 8 restaurants around me. Not easy at all! You have a great spot in the city of Chicago. Lots of college students running around there. Great video. I definitely enjoyed watching it.

Thanks BensCarts, I think it has a unique flavor too. I have had it on a Chicago Dog before and loved it. I also love the color as I think food should look as good as it tastes. @MegaAmycakes Relish, Dogs and peppers are made and sold by Vienna. It's called neon or atomic I think. It tastes just like relish, but is known throughout Chicago for it's distinctive color.
