  • The folks in green seem to have lower IQs than everyone else. Interesting...

  • well someone beat me to this comment but i dont think he needed Ice as it looks cold where they where at.the guy is putting pickles, etc on with his bare hands...is this...ahem..."kosher" with the health dept? And aren't the condiments supposed to be refridgerated or on ice? That part I'm not sure about.

  • Dont be a meanie get a WEENIE! Good times.

  • It depends on the location I'm sure this spot generates thousands it has a' lot of foot traffic. A bad day is $500 which isn't all that bad if you know what your doing and can make up for it later in the week.

  • I call b.s. on the thousands of dollars in two nights ,just do the math,no way.

  • @joecool4649 Note the 1000 buns delivered to that cart, not counting the tamales. Sold out by 3:50 AM Filmed live: $3.00 X 1000 = hold on give me a minute...... thousands

Then he has more carts on the street at the same time. See the video shots of the other carts.....

    Math, it's a bitch!

  • You sir are a pro.

  • bare hands,,,,changing $.... condiments laid out in from of all with no cover? i don't know about this where is health dept?

  • @bluetoothhag oh shut up its people like you screwin up society today, your just lookin for somebody to sue

  • Ok at 3:17 the guy is putting pickles, etc on with his bare hands...is this...ahem..."kosher" with the health dept? And aren't the condiments supposed to be refridgerated or on ice? That part I'm not sure about.....

  • Great job

  • I wouldn't be making claims about all the cash you make if you aren't paying all of your taxes..never know who is lurking in the shadows...like IRS and local governments. just be careful about making claims. Food..er, for thought.

  • I did not understand what is put into the water, what kind of a cube and beer? please reply.

  • Thanks for all the videos you've uploaded. Stopped by and bought lemonade from a little girl at her stand. I hope it makes her realize that it's better to work for yourself, than someone that doesn't appreciate you!

  • @jbm39 That was great of you to do! Wishing you well!

  • This video pumps me up even more into starting my own hot dog cart! I was also planning on opening up near the college that I am attending.

  • lol, that was a pretty fun vid :))

  • @BensCarts how much does he make on an average day?

  • Wow!..I have been a hot dog vendor in downtown Tampa and I can tell you, I did not have crowds like this. Most of them were business people coming out to lunch and my competition was 8 restaurants around me. Not easy at all! You have a great spot in the city of Chicago. Lots of college students running around there. Great video. I definitely enjoyed watching it.

  • if anyone wants a cart click on my name and message me i have one for sale!!!

  • Nice, but we have to use latex gloves to handle food in NY. I will do it!

  • 4.00 oh shit its the whoooo girls

  • he should wear gloves or use spoons... but great job!

  • this is cool motivation for me to get my own cart crackin in 2011 thats for the kool and fun vid...

  • @562vert Thank you!

  • We can not use bare hands here in NY to dispense a product. But all of your videos are an inspiration. Can't use bare hands here, though!!!!

  • can't all these people see he's using his bare hands that he picked his nose with? or maybe their so friggin hungry they dont care anymore

  • he's using his bare hands , woo hoo , my kinda guy, right after zipping up his pants

  • Ok no offence but where are your gloves and why don’t you have ice under your condiments. Have the food rules changed that much. I dont think so

  • I gotta tell ya..The way this guy handles the product with his bare hands makes me want to barf. He stuffs the dirty dollar bills in his pockets, then he manhandles the condiments. Friggin disgusting. The health dept. should shut this guy down pronto before he kills somebody.

  • Wow! that's awesome spot. I see you got some competitors at night. How much was the lease?

  • @djhinrg I am not sure what he's paying.

  • Yaaaaaaaa it's 12 noon and im already drunk off my ass......!

  • nasty nasty nasty! the overall concept of selling dogs and making money is overshadowed by how dirty of a business this man is running. food containers open right next to customers right below customers. i would never ever buy anything from this vendor. disgusting!

  • gloves dude, thats just nasty fingering everybodies food

  • Thanks BensCarts, I think it has a unique flavor too. I have had it on a Chicago Dog before and loved it. I also love the color as I think food should look as good as it tastes. I am interested in this business in the future and your vids are very informative. Thanks for wanting to help us little hot dog people.

  • What kind of relish is that?

  • @MegaAmycakes Relish, Dogs and peppers are made and sold by Vienna. It's called neon or atomic I think. It tastes just like relish, but is known throughout Chicago for it's distinctive color.

  • I understand tradition but I think that guy has violated about 400 food preperation rules there. Upgrade your facilities there and I pray health inspectors don't get ya....

  • @jawbraeka Yes, I had the same thoughts, I don't know how in the world that is ok. He has been doing it since 1968 so I imagine their overlooking some stuff. I know he washes his hands, but I still don't know.

  • @BensCarts and being named " BIG DICKS" you really want to check into that quick smart.

  • Hey Ben. Great video showing a dogger at work. Looks like a prime location for his Chicago style hot dogs. Nice Big Dog cart setup also!

Thanks for all you are doing to get people started in this business. You are a good man!

Blessings to you and your family!

    ~Grae

  • @domodogs No gloves touching the food with bear hands, or lid for condiments or ice for condiments, yucko! I liked the part he said go to Wal Mart and get it for 96 cents, though
