Tommy Thayer nor Eric Singer barely ever talk, or are very seldom given an opportunity. It's as if Gene and Paul said "Just play and sing, and pose for the photo ops... That's all we want you to do." It looks too phoney to me, and I don't buy it!
@SuperJewTV1 Eric Carr is an excellant drummer, but the original 4 had chemistry. It may have not always been good chemistry but it was original. Now KISS is just a business. It's not the same!

What I liked about KISS back then, was that KISS had 4 different styles in one band.
They all had their own way of performance. Personally I liked Ace's songs best.
But I've grown out of KISS, I'm more into Stoner Rock nowadays, but when I hear KISS songs I can still sing along and it still feels good. Thumbs up for KISS!

I met Peter in 1994 before the originals got back together. Played a good concert with his band. Got ready to leave and the emcee announced there would be an autograph session. My buddy with me had a set of drum heads which we got autographed. Tried to converse with him but he really was a jerk. I know he hated clubs but fans are still fans.

I hate on Thayer because The Spaceman wasn't just another face paint design, it was Ace Frehley, and he shouldn't be able to wear it, it's fake. That hardly can be described as "a bunch of albums". As a matter of fact, Ace played on ALL the albums when he was in the band. (Even Alive II had him on one of the extra songs..Rocket Ride.)

It comes from a kid's show that aired in 79 called Hot Hero Sandwich. I actually remember watching this when it aired live. There's some backstage footage of the band. They interview the band's wardrobe lady and I think one or two other crew people. I think they also showed the I Was Made For Loving You video. I've got this whole thing on a bootleg VHS around here someplace.
Yeah, I was able to see the whole segment on Necramonium's accout, she has a lot of great vintage KISS footage (and in surprisingly high quality most of the time, too!). :D
Everyone has made fun of my laugh for as long as I can remember, and it hasnt changed since i was 7. And then I find ace's laugh, mine is almost identical. Not exactly the same, but good enough. I feel so much better about myself.
Ace is the reason lots of people play guitar, he's huge for all sorts of reasons, so sad Kiss lost their best member for so many years, in a way he knew when to quit.

Not very "rock and roll" to drink white wine. At least Keith Ricards and Steven Tyler drank Jack Daniels. Even Frank Sinatra did too. One time a reporter asked Sinatra what was the best white wine with dinner and Frank said, "White wine's for BROADS!" Ace has a sip of chardonnay before a KISS show? Ha !!!

I'm a huge kiss fan.Too bad Ace was such a Spacecase.But i LOVE his spacey lead playin'.He influenced me on guitar.Love you Ace!Your laugh is funny,but over long periods of time,i can see where it would annoy the hell out of anyone around.Especially Gene and Paul!

Drunk motherfucker...I saw his band play in a small club in the late 80's and he so drunk he could barely remember how to play his own songs. What a big let down. There is a time and place for that shit. It's AFTER work dipshit.

It comes from a kid's show that aired in 79 called Hot Hero Sandwich. I actually remember watching this when it aired live. There's some backstage footage of the band. They interview the band's wardrobe lady and I think one or two other crew people. I think they also showed the I Was Made For Loving You video. I've got this whole thing on a bootleg VHS around here someplace.
