@mysticspade18: you may still need to clear your browser's cookies, because it's possible that the site left a "banned cookie" there, so it doesn't matter how many times you change the IP. (BTW, for what you want to do, you don't really need to change your MAC, just IP).

MAC Address is different from the IP address. The only way you can hide your tracks is by using a proxy.
