You the XNA Game Studio, which you can get for Microsoft. For everything else, there's Google.
Wow, that took a while, lol. But I found it some time ago, thanks anyway, though. I just wish it worked with VB. =(

Not yet; it takes over the TV and annoys the missus, but I've got a new laptop on the way that I can work on so maybe some more progress soon... :)
