2. A: the ONLY thing that should be touching the floor as soon as you go down is your -HEAD, SHOULDERS AND UPPER BACK.... THATS IT.. you have to stay on your upper back..
if its hard for you to stay up that means that you have to LEAN BACK MORE...

srry man i dnt have time to make 1 but i will say this....if u wnt fast windmills/headmills u gotta kno that they R both differnt.. what i did there were actually windmills not headmills.. shocking but tru.. the diff. is that in windmills thers a constant whip wit my arms ( once ur back touches the floor u gotta whip ur arms) i call it "punching the air " 2 keep it fast. if u wnna see real headmills and the diff. between the 2 then compare those with the 1's on my demo. hope this helps u out..
By mills that are not "constant" whipping, deykalmefuny probably mean windmills where you whip > relax/cruise > whip > relax/cruise meaning you usually have a little more air and height to roll off of. If im not the mistaken those windmills have a tempo of 1-2-1 -2-1-2, anyone care to verify

i also just have a few questions
1:do you stay on your head the whole time?
2:where do you go on your back? just below the neck?
3:do you mean by whip? do your arms go to the side?front? or diagonaly to 1 side? like you would do in a barrelmill?
