@valfranx It wasn't a Hydra issue, as far as I can tell. It was the game that was laggy, not the controller. :)

Go to my Games\FalloutNV open Fallout.ini

iPresentInterval=1

change to

iPresentInterval=0

Google something like

Fallout new vegas mouse lag ini

if my description was too short.

and the lag is gone.
