I also walk loads, and am trying to get into jogging. :p

What I meant to say what that you'll really be needing some Muscle Milk for those muscles cause your doing some heavy training in the gym! Keep up the good work!

Yeah, I am... it helps LOADS. I feel a little sore, like maybe I worked out a few days ago... but without it there would be NO WAY I would be able to do 2 days in a row - the pain would be too present/intense.
