To answer the questions posed...3 of the 4 occupants of that car were shot. None of the shots were fatal. Sgt. Chris Sutcliff recovered nicely but still has limited use of the arm he was shot in. Barnett and Payne no longer work for the same agency...they both received medals of commendation for their actions that day.
