i've been to this place many many many times. and some of you who have shown the translation, you're almost accurate, but really there's more to it. also, that sign you see there does not really locate the actual place. locals put it on the roadside because no other tourists wouldve found an easier way to get to the right place. :) hope this help your curiosity.
