I agree MLS crowds are better than British American Football (NFL) crowds. But to compare, this IS NOT a rowdy crowd at all. It is comparable with our league 1 teams,maybe getting a few thousand a game.

My main gripe is nordecke fans calling themselves hooligans... they have no idea what hooliganism is and should certainly not be copying it. It is a serious problem in the UK and Europe. Just look at the amount of policing that is needed at each english game.

Yeah, Europeans have a much larger following in football and you are all passionate. I consider it more "hardcore" when you're cheering and going crazy with only a few thousand people. It's not as difficult to get emotion going when you have 60,000+ rabid fans. I applaud your enthusiasm for football in Europe or whatever part of the world you reside in, but I don't think you have to demean our MLS fans.
