What's really funny is, we'll probably have all this technology within 10 years. The technology in Aliens, sans the guns, or at least the computer technology, is inferior to what we have today.

The interstellar spaceship they use is said to run on a fusion/antimatter pulse drive, which is basicly a more technologically advanced version of the Project Orion nuclear drive (which could be built today!)

The cy-link driven AMP suits COULD be built today if our EEG (brainwave reading) tech was more reliable and we had more efficient, low energy high torque motors.

The scorpion/samson aircraft are completely possible.
