The best way to glue it together is to use melted sugar.
Melt it in a frying pan (not teflon, the sugar gets too hot, use a pan that you don't care about so much), stir around the sugar until it melts into a brown-ish sauce. Then dip the different pieces in the melted sugar and put them together (one piece at a time) you gotta be fast and very careful, it's really hot.

Thank-you very much. The windows are just caramelized sugar. Very simple The lights are a standard set of mini lights strung inside the house.
