I connected with ordinary mind in 5 minutes yesterday. Meditation has become easier, in terms of the velocity with which the bodymind is dropped in me. Quite quickly - in 5 minutes. But that is not as fast as Ken Wilber's 4 seconds. :)

Good thing is I have a sense of humor. I think humor cuts to the source too.

I am a freed slave. I see the forms arising but I laugh, or play around with them in a different way than usually expected.
