This thing is endless and pointless, at one point the level of the monsters is locked to 26...and when you finish the 999th room it keeps going and going, without advancing the number...so it's just a waste of time.
Don't know why the programmers did not increase the level of the enemy minions till 99.

It's been a long time since I've played this game. I never went further than corridor 30 I think. But what's the deal anyway? Is there sth you get after catching all beasts? Could you battle your friends in this game? (these are the only reasons I can think of spending so much time in this damn corridor...)
the sequel makes multiplayer VEEERY intersting since its so customisable as you create formation with the battle amulet instead of this pokemon kinda thing...i think you want all the monsters the same reason pokemon players want to catch all 150 (ok its like 500 now which is ridiculous but you know). I still have this game and am very honoured to have experienced its compelling tale.
I tell you what, you wanna go into the corridor and see how far you get, the best way to do it, is to use a gameshark code, I don't know if someone made the code available, but if you can use a battle code which makes the enemies die as you start the battle, it will make things go a lot faster, coz they just die and you can move on, and try to use a high FPS at least 200, it'll be much more efficient and less stressful. Well, good luck, if you wanna try it, muahahahahahha !
Here's the deal, the corridor doesn't have an ending to it, or you need to use a spesific gameshark code, the 999 code wont work at all, I've tried the 999 code, when you cross over through the portal the game just loops back to 1. I've managed to go as far as to corridor 63, the monsters are strong, they can kill you with one hit, Its pretty insane if you get far as to corridor 40. I don't think they're kidding about it being eternal, they can loop it forever.
..not correct if a exeprience person went deeper into the forest the monstocities would give otu a lot of exp I made it to lvl 236 In that area they sure give otu alot of boost but they are madly powerful ....There is no max lvl maybie 999 is the max level but no matter whats the point????? theres no finalie finalie boss there is no end of the tunnel it's just a ininito area to train up monsters for combat with your friends...although a REPLAY thign of the game would have been nice
heh im still pissed off about this. I spent weeks trying to get as far as possible and now i find it was all for BS. also that Cherry blossom sword or whatever that was 9,999,000 was a bitch to. i got the one right below that one
no dont use cheats ive made it allway to corr 27 useing cheats just makes it suck

Also if you're going to try, pick a fast weapon, like the dagger or whatever then you'll pretty much never miss.

Fraps really doesn't seem to like epsxe so it is very short, just enough to prove.
