If u want to get somewhat of a lift without actually getting a suspension lift, get a level 2-2.5". The new body style 4x4's are pretty high stock anyway so a level will do pretty well. Personally for me I'm getting a 6" bds lift for my Plantinum.
you should add a Load Equalizer to get rid of the fast blinking from the LED light bar. I believe they sell them at AutoZone. other than that, you do have a very beautiful truck, brother :)
@Codeblauananas yup, the new horn's gotta go. gonna wait till warmer weather though, 20 below is no time to be working on the truck when the wife won't let it in the garage.
Off the top..New tires, more aux lights, seat covers(If you bought, you lease = fuck it) stereo upgrades, automatic start, Viper alarm, and if you wanna go hard, get a black grille and black rims.
Great looking platinum. I have one too, only has a 2" level on it right on. Can you post up more pics/video of the bull bar? Im interested in one, just seeing how much I like on it on a platinum.
I agree with the comments that the PIAA horn is weak and disappointing, will look for something else. The plug in at :40 is because the temp was about zero degrees outside and I have an engine block heater installed to keep the beast warm at night since the wife won't let it in the garage. Once a headlight finally burns out, a buddy of mine plans to put HID lights in for me.
@Bmonaweck03 i would tell your dad to get the f150, ford makes a good looking truck for f250 and 350.But there diesel engines aren't that great, They keep making new ones every few years ( diesel engines) But i hope this holds up with it competitors, but the f150 has been the number one selling truck for 25+ years.
@gavin4ford, because I live in the land of ice and snow and that intercooler has very little to do besides collect mosquitos and gravel. This truck isn't hauling heavy loads or pulling any trailers. If I ever notice a power drop from the intercooler not cooling enough, the bull bar will have to go.

@markredf150 the LED lights are blinking fast because I sped up the video, they blink normally along with the truck blinkers in the real world : )

stuff only voids warranty if that mod affects something .
like exhaust . if you have a cat back and stock oem cat , and the cat fails then the dealership most likely wont fix it for free .
not saying a cat back is going to do that lol

4inch exhaust, CAI, both will help power and mileage, wont't void warranty
