@handre93 You no longer need to do this quest Alliance or Horde. You can train this to the next levels.

After u complete it does it give u a range of more than 225? cos i completed the quest but my skill remained at 225/225... do i need to seek another trainer? or a book or somethin?

This quest isn't required anymore to level beyond 225.

You can learn the next skill from the Stormwind trainer for example.

I found another way that should work pretty well. Get a friend who needs to complete it too and bot of you start the quest at the same time. Then, you will share the patients and you can finish the quest easier

It's all in the camera angle guys. Make sure you're extended out as far as possible.

Hit Ctrl+V to see the names of the patients if that is easier for you.
