I recoommend this book to all mothers young and old. It helps them to realise that if a joyful and successful woman who communicates so well has moments when she wants to murder her children,it is ok for them to harbor such thoughts and they are not monsters who need to stay in depression. I disagree with Debbie that men do not have these feelings, but thyey have great difficulty naming their feelings.
