Right before Cyrus creates the distortion world, he has a speech about how it's lifeless and crap. Just letting you know, so you dont have to worry about pokemon in there. It's meant to have no pokemon (Execpt Giratina, who I think was trapped in that world forever or something... and Uxie, Azelf, Mesprit, Dialga, and Palkia...who entered then left. So yeah, there should be no pokemon once you capture Giratina and get the heck out with the legondaries).
