Not only that, he and the regimes that sponsor him have spent massive resources - hundreds of billions - to counter the effects of secularization and modernization that took place in the Arab world up to the early 1970's.
Considerable proportions of the population were attracted and influenced to socialist and communist ideologies which - regardless of anything else - at least push towards education, enlightenment, modernity, and the abandonment of traditional religion.

I also wonder why Muslims are so lazy. In my program at school every Muslim hardly works and does very poorly. Two of them are foreign trained doctors who can't practice here (thank god). I am astounded at how little work they do, how much they complain, and how little they understand. I guess medical school over there is a walk in the park (or more like a sleep on the couch).

Was Mohammad "The Antichrist" No, he was just one of many "antichrists" who have existed throughtout history; as were Caligula, Nero, Hitler and a host of other "deniers of Christ".
The Jews of Jesus' time (most of them) also rejected Jesus' sacrifice on the cross. Their world-view would not allow for a suffering servant to be their Messiah.
Yet, that is exactly what Isaiah 42 states!

Isaiah 42 is divided into three parts.
42:1-9 Is regarding the "Servant of the Lord." Which is Jesus, the Christ.
42:10-17 Is a "Song of Praise to the Lord" as well as a prophecy of the End-time
42:18-25 Is referring to Israel (of Jesus' time) being "Blind and Deaf" to their Messiah coming as a suffering servant.
(Note: LORD in all capitals means YHWH in English translations of the Bible)

It seems there is evidence floating around the Muslim world that shows the Quran was changed when Uthman was "creating" it from the scattered parts left after Muhammads death. This means the Quran HAS been changed, going against the claims of modern Muslims.
