No. The officers were 'elleged' or accused of assulting the 3 workers accused of importing the drugs. The only pressed charges b/c they know they were wrong (thats why they were convicted for the act) and wanted to get off someway by 'acusing' these innocent policeofficers who DID GET OFF

Remember what came out in court! The police approached Dunkley when they realised drugs were in the container, addressed to another local company. Dunkley agreed to help police, provided video surveillance equipment and let officers hide on his premises to watch the container until the suspects collected the drugs package and left.
If Dunkley had any involvement with the drugs he wouldn't have provided that level of assistance to the police. Anyone involved with it would have warned the suspects so that they didn't collect the drugs.
This is way more than "just politics as usual". I really hope that Mike Dunkley has instructed his lawyer to sue Smith and the maker of this video for malicious slander.

Sorry NealR2000........I'm still upset with what happened to me at the hands of my Bermuda Police Force. All I told Antoine Fox was "go do some real police work" and the next thing I know I'm at the rear of the Hamilton Police station, handcuffed, getting beaten by 5 officers (all naracotics). Next thing you know, I'm in court facing some bogus charges (got off with lawyer Mark P.). My case against the cops didn't even make it to court.

Remember what came out in court! The police approached Dunkley when they realised drugs were in the container, addressed to another local company. Dunkley agreed to help police, provided video surveillance equipment and let officers hide on his premises to watch the container until the suspects collected the drugs package and left.

If Dunkley had any involvement with the drugs he wouldn't have provided that level of assistance to the police. Anyone involved with it would have warned the suspects so that they didn't collect the drugs.

Did you follow the case at all??? Dunkley is the only reason those guys are in jail now. He was the only REAL witness. Dunkley wanted the big man, not these little guys. He was trying to catch and I quote a drug dealer named 'Bingy' for trying to bring drugs in through his business. He was pissed off.

Considering this video only just went up, I think it's a little premature to think that a slander lawsuit would have surfaced already. These things take a lot of time. I predict we will either see a retraction from Larry any day now, or once the election is over, Dunkley's lawyers will announce a defamation lawsuit.

Sorry NealR2000........I'm still upset with what happened to me at the hands of my Bermuda Police Force. All I told Antoine Fox was "go do some real police work" and the next thing I know I'm at the rear of the Hamilton Police station, handcuffed, getting beaten by 5 officers (all naracotics). Next thing you know, I'm in court facing some bogus charges (got off with lawyer Mark P.). My case against the cops didn't even make it to court.

Oh, forgot to mention that I followed the beatings case very closely as I wanted to see these dirty cops brought to justice (went to court). The wife of one of the accussed told me that LARRY (the good cop) SMITH was hitting on her. He was telling her stuff like, "she could call him if she needs a shoulder to cry on and he'll come over," and stuff like that. And he wouldn't stop calling her. I must admit, she was a very sexy woman, heh LARRY???

umm..... I honestly dont belive the person who has the only milk proccessing plant on the Island, which is probably worth millions and millions of dollars, and owns a few houses as well, would risk all for a few million dollars. Doesnt add up for me.
