Isn't Dark Matter just all the HELIUM that's emitted from the 200 Billion stars located in the center of a spiral galaxy? Stars burn hydrogen resulting in helium. And the helium dissipates throughout Space, keeping everything else afloat. Just my thoughts.

Dark matter and dark energy is the byproduct of the matter that falls into black holes, and black holes convert mass (plasma) into it's basic elemental forms and flavors, and CERN is a reversed engineered black hole.

i believe a black hole creates dark matter .

also i believe those small nuclear forces and energy that is in our universe is invisible to us ,but can create huge mass when it pushes down on 1 spot and so you get a black hole and particles and galaxies .

when 2 dark matter particles collide i think they can split ,the mass you loose is due to changing back into this small nuclear forces

if dark matter is the force the makes gravitacional laws, then if we control it we can make devices that dont obey that law, that can go to speeds that are faster than the speed of light, with a normal jet we are just trying to breack the law, making force like brutes trying to breack something but if he control the plugs of gravitacion we can generate infinite energy that dosent stop and probably will create a black hole

There has been very strong evidence for the existence of "dark matter" (I wish they would call it "invisible matter" instead) since 1933.  They've only recently narrowed down what it can possibly be. This will either provide evidence for or rule out certain candidates.

It's only been a few years since they confirmed that neutrinos have mass, which accounted for a lot of the universe's "missing mass"... maybe we'll soon see similar results on the Dark Matter front.

Not the same as the theory you find in a common dictionary. Learn the scientific method.
