For the illiteral out there i'll break the "white-look" for you... Early history, asia; The lighter your skin, the more beauty and wealth you reflected. This is also where the term of "blue blood" comes from. With light skin the blood veins (blue color) shows more clearly. So by that logic the lighter the skin, the wealthier and and more beautiful you appeared. I reckon thats why many birds use light makeup, maybe the anime look derives from this concept aswell.

@TheHellokitty503 A friend of mine has dark skin too and she just uses another colour on her waterline. She uses a sort of champagne (maybe even kinda brown?) colour that is still pretty light but doesn't stick out so much like white colour.

I personally wudnt glue my eyelashes to the skin, I do draw on like3 or 4 with liquid eye liner though only in the corner. Any Liquid fine tip liner will work. Reg Pencil isnt goin to glide as well, giving u that straight line, I draw mines at the angle they wud natually go.
