It was not Luciano Burti! Burti drove a prost (purple car) in 2001! I'm completly sure about it.

Definitely looks like a puncture / suspension problem at the left rear - image is too blry to judge it, but front right is in the air in the first frame, this shouldn't occur even with a massive oversteer in an F1 car.

Yeah Germany was probably is 2nd biggest crash. Schumacher had stalled his car nd he just crashed into the back of schumacher sending his car in the air.

Yep. The throttle went long as he left the pits and he walloped into the barriers at Ste. Devote. Frightening crash, Spa ended the career, though (not through injury, just through being a bit average).
