also I am trying to replace a housing and I see when I try to do that the new housing does not have the brass bits that the screws actually go into and it is very difficukt to remove them from an old one,where can i get these from too?The parts I refer to are under the screen base plate and also on the underside of the keyboard,it is effectively the female section of the screw,any help would be greatly appreciated.

quick question If you drop your cell phone does it worsen its performance or does it just bust the case cuz i dropped my g2 and everything works fine but one of my apps is taking longer to open (google goggles)

@kenknee125 slide the phone to get to the keyboard and in the left top corner of the bottom part of the phone (were the home and other buttons are) there a little bit sticking out, pull on that... XD

I need to change the loud speaker for a new one.

I notice on the disassembly guide, it explains to remove all the torx screws, then the housing, then separate the speaker from the housing.

Is it that simple? No soldering? No connecting wires?

My digitizer cracked so I order T6 and T5 tools and digitizer and when the Tools came I took phone apart to see if I could put back together before Digitizer arrived and now the phone vibrates upon start up but the LCD is not displaying anything.. Nothing appears damaged? Help!

I just watched a tutorial and attempted to take my G1 apart as the digitizer was cracked yet still was functional... I put everything back together just to test my ability before replacement Digitizer arrives now phone turns on but displays nothing!!!! Help!
