  • Hmm, I wonder why our judicial system doesn't run on this great spiritual principle? Like when a serial killer kidnaps and rapes your 5 year old daughter, his really nice brother with a spotless record could just step in for him and cancel his dept. As long as he truely believed and accepted his bros goodness, you'd say "Hooray"! Right?

  • We exist because God exists, not vise a versa. We breath because He wills it. He didn't will us to sin, but He wills salvation for us, but we have to accept it. Jesus is salvation. He alone among men is good because He alone never sinned. His torture, His death, atoned for our sins, faults, iniquities. Salvation is open to everyone who is willing to repent & believe on Him. A potter doesn't take a cracked vessel & display it. He tosses it. God doesn't toss us, He offers us salvation in Jesus.

  • Excellent

  • you know, i understand it exactly, its not about that evil man who believe in Jesus will be saved, its about that only pure person whithout sin can pass gates of paradise, so if you WHANT TO GO THERE AND IF YOU BELIEVE THATS ITS UP THERE, then ask for forgivines and for help, surely, you will got help, every one have somethink that he is shamed for, but isnt it beautifull that some one can forgive you all?

and, im not from english speaking country, dont comment my gramma please.

  • @TheKenny4292

Why should any of that matter to me, considering I don't accept your assumption that a God really exists?

  • And what happens to the atheists who don't measure up? An eternity in hell? Do you believe that finite deeds deserve infinite punishment? God supposedly knew exactly how everything would play out. And what does that mean... God knew that most of humanity would suffer on earth , and then most of humanity would suffer in hell. Not because of deeds, but because humans refuse to kiss his almighty a**. What a douche-bag God is.

  • @caposton

There are very good answers to your questions. God is not some lonely, needy guy in the sky demanding praise. He is 3 persons. The Father made the world FOR his son, to be a work of art in HIS honour, because he loved his son so much. And then the world spat on his son and murdered him. Check out Luke 20:9-18

To be honest though, what confuses me most is this very concept that you can disbelieve in God, on moral grounds? Can I do that? I don't like Mugabe, therefore he doesn't exist??

  • God loves EVERYONE!!! The paths are MANY but the TRUTH is ONE! You could worship a rock as long as you were still a good person you will be fine. The only possible problem you could ever have is if you were truly evil, hating all good and so on and so on...

  • Dumb Vid. Thumbs down, and I need a Xanax!

By that reasoning that could be Hitler in the last scene going to heaven. And all those Jews he killed went from Auschwitz straight to Hell. Jews deny Jesus right?

But that is a plausible interpretation of "Christian salvation." so.....

Thumbs down on the Bible while I'm at it.

Police Academy three kinda sucked too, so thumbs down on Police Academy 3.

  • @38tyranny2

These Christians delight in the fact that you and me will burn, and scorch, and writhe in agony while they spend 24 hrs a day kissing God's imaginary backside. I'm sure they could sit on their puffy little cloud, never having the courage to question God about the fundamental unfairness of infinite punishment. Of course, you must possess a fully cognitive brain to understand that - so Christians don't have to worry about the obvious immoralities of their belief system.

  • @TheKenny4292 You're right, it still doesn't make very much sense. So first, I can sin. Then I can repent and all is forgiven? Where is the justice in that? But enough about that, I don't think we're going to get much further. :P

Still, I just don't believe in Jesus as long as there is no evidence to support it, that is stronger than that which refutes it /=|. To me, it seems rather blind to asign what we don't know so certain to God. But hey, I'm not stopping you. ;)

  • @TheKenny4292 Wait, this is getting confusing. I am saved from eternal heel if I repent to Jesus, but I am still judged by God - who is supposed to judge correctly? Which is it? Can I sin, and get away with it by repenting to Jesus? Or can I repent to Jesus, but it won't save me because God will still punish me for my sins?

I've got to thank you, though, that you're keeping this conversation nice and serious. There are those -both Christians and atheist- that desert to the level of insulting...

  • @TheKenny4292 :D Yeah. Sure. You got me there! ;)

Isn´t it funny how hard it is to tell between a real nutjob and someone making fun of a nutjob?

I mean, you COULD be totally serious about what you type there. :D

    :D

  • @TheKenny4292 But I just thought you said God will punish me for my sins. Trusting Jesus will save me from eternal damnation, but God will still punish me for my sins? I don't get it. How can God punish me, if I'm saved by trusting Jesus? Englightenment please. :P

Also, I would liek to thank you for being so nice. ^_^ well, nice... I mean, not insulting. There are people -both atheists and christians- that acutally drop to the level of insulting anyone who doesn't accept their stubborn mind....

  • @TheKenny4292 That part does makes sense, yes.. But the part were I have to turn to Jesus to be saved doesn't. So far, it seems that whatever I do, I can only be saved if I turn to him. Tell me; if I have already sinned, what is better to do? To do good things and make the world a better place, or to ask Jesus for forgiveness? I think the first option is better, because it helps people. The second option seems like cheating the system; sinning but still be saved. ?_?

  • @TheKenny4292 I still think it would be worth more to actually do good deeds to get into heaven, rather than trust Jesus. It seems as if trusting Jesus is just to shortcut the system; to get away with having sinned. I think we should actually work to get into heaven, by doing good things. Not by following Jesus. What use does it have to put my trust in him, to the world? Nothing. The only right thing to do is to help the world. Right here, right now, within our lifetime.

  • @TheKenny4292 All this fun stuff about have you taken the name in vain and so on.

Yeah, and as if "God" was the name of the xtian god... haha... ;)

It´s so funny how many of them don´t wanna say "oh my god" while his name is Yahweh and not "god"...

Believers are like children. Kinda sweet in their innocence but slightly annoying(That is, as long as they don´t wanna stone you to death for working on the sabbath and stuff..;) )

  • @TheKenny4292 Yeah, stupid, isn´t it?

  • @TheKenny4292 See, that's one part of christianity I don't like; resting all my hope in Jesus to save me. Instead, I think I have to put effort into making this world a better place - for me and my children, and my children's children. I think what good deeds we do on Earth is far more important than what we believe in, and what my afterlife will be like because of those beliefs. Why can't I be judged by deeds, rather than belief? Why is trusting Jesus more important than doing good things?

  • @TheKenny4292 I did say that the universe came from *something*, not from *nothing*. I just don't quite believe in a creator. Or at the very least the christian god.

    I have told a lie.

I'm not sure if I have stolen, but I might.

    I have looked with lust.

    I may have hated.

I have taken god's name in vain.

According to THAT standard, I'd be guilty. But the way that standard works and judges just doesn't seem right. Are you 100% innocent?

  • @TheKenny4292 I am aware that it came into existence, but I am not (yet?) willing to accept an intelligent creator. If I place a rock on another rock, very unbalanced, what is the chance it will fall? Pretty significant. If I have two opposite magents together, what is that chance they will attract each other? Not very little. If I let a radioactive isotope of Uranium just be, what is the chance it will shoot out particles? Very likely. Though, there are no direct creators. It's inevitable.

  • @TheKenny4292 Or it's purely natural. Some multiverse beyonf our existence, in which things happened by chance, and due to time inevitably came to such a combination of conditions that the universe was it created. It does not HAVE to be intelligent.

And even if it was intelligent, we don't know who or what that intelligence is. I KNOW, just like you, that the universe did not 'just happen'. I KNOW, just like you, that there must be a cause. But you have not proved the Christian God. Sorry. =|

  • @TheKenny4292

    ANSWER THIS QUESTION.

Let's say there is an extremely moral person. This person has been kind to the homeless, ran a homeless shelter, donated to charity, and loved his neighbor (none of which are exclusively 'Christian' morals) This person also doesn't believe in God.

There is another person. This person has stolen several things, been rude to the homeless, calling them "dirty and unclean", and talks down to everyone. This person is Christian.

    WHO GOES TO HEAVEN?

  • @TheKenny4292

If you re going to sit here and talk down to me and try to lecture me about morals(read your own Bible) instead of answering my questions, this discussion is over.

  • Great video, reminds me of a film called "final exit", thanks for posting.

We are saved by faith in Christ not works. Good works are done cuz of the true change in our hearts.

  • @TheKenny4292

Have you watched the video? According to this, the guy who ran an orphanage in India was sent to hell because he didn't accept jesus as his savior.

I challenge you to find one human(male) who hasn't looked at someone with lust. The concept of blasphemy is completely ridiculous as well. This is like the Muslim's reaction to the Danish cartoons. "God is a horrible being." Do I go to hell now? He (or she) is pretty damn immoral by today's standards if you read the whole Bible.

  • @TheKenny4292 No, atheists don't believe in god, not 'that the universe came from nothing'. It's quite obvious that SOMETHING happened to make the universe expand from an infinitely small point in existence. We just don't know where it came from. And to simply say it's god is kind of drastic. Well, that's what I think.

-I know that the universe must have been created by something.

    -I don't believe in god.

-I THINK (not know) that existence is greater than our universe.

  • @TheKenny4292 Ah, that makes more sense. But still, I haven't seen enough evidence to actually think there is a god out there. To me, it still makes the most sense if there isn't, and humanity is on its own.

Also, it made only a little more sense. I mean, either hell or heaven? Either eternal punishment of burning agony nad whatnot, or absolute happines in paradise? That sounds kind of extreme. I god is good judge, sure there must be a whole area in between those two ends.

  • @TheKenny4292 Well, then God is pretty uptight, isn't he. By that standard I would indeed be guilty. but so would 99,9% the world population (which obviously includes christians). Also, it appears (from what I've read/seen/heard) that god just forgives you if you asl for forgiveness. What kind of system is that?? It's all pretty confusing, that god is so overly judgmental, and at the same time forgives you if you just ask for it. I rather live without that religious institution =|.

  • if you guys actually read the bible. or have ever even looked at it. in the book of james, the bible says FAITH WITHOUT DEEDS IS DEAD. AND DEEDS WITHOUT FAITH IS USELESS. those selfish, stealing, lying, killing christians that cenamark mentioned, they are not going to heaven.

heaven is not a easy place to go to. not all christians r going there.

    and

and what xXNuclearWarXx called rational thought, God gave u free will so you can live as you please. in this life.

  • 1 day ago when you are reading thid do not stop or else something bad will happen! (sorry about this) this girl's name is summer, she is 15 years old and has blonde hair, many scars, and she has no ears. she is dead. if you don't copy this to more than 5 videos, she will appear one dark quiet night when you are not expecting it beside your bed with a knife and going to kill you. this is no joke. if you send this on 5 more videos something good will happen to you

  • This isn't about if you been a good person or not, every human should be in hell because we all sin. In the bible it says that every human sins in there life. I think i kind of speak of it self, everybody have done something that would in someway make it worse for another human. Even like just say something evil or bad about the person.

  • This 'God-O-Meter' video is truly retarded.

  • This video is hilarious!!! "And you call [G]od loving?". Yes, He is. I'll be darned if I'm going to sit and watch someone disrespect me for 95 years and not say anything. I have issues holding back for an hour; especially if I had been nothing but kind to them!!! Even their acts of kindness would just be to spite me. If you haven't turned into a pile of ashes yet, consider yourself loved.

  • So selfish, lying, stealing, killing Christians will be saved above kind, generous, atheists? And those Atheists will be tormented forever for merely not believing something isn't even apparent to all people. And you call your God loving?

  • @Cenamark2 Well first if you are a true Christian you would not Steal or kill, we know our sins are not just agains man but God also and that is much worse.

Atheists have nothing to worry about they are only Killing an sealing from man right? If they do not get caught then they are off scott free right?

Worshiping your creator is not so hard when you know who He is and all that He does for us every day! Mostly you know He loves us all, even the atheists.

  • @Exodus314IAM If he loves atheists why is he going to let them fry in hell for not accepting his son? Why can't he come to atheists after they die then the atheist can say "Holy crap you do exist. Yeah I'll accept Christ."

God does not = morality. I wouldn't murder, steal, rape ect even if I could get away with it. When I sin I don't sin against God cause frankly I don't see why he cares so damn much about being worshiped or if I covet.

  • @Exodus314IAM

He loves the atheists, yet he sends them to hell simply for not believing.

I am seriously concerned at how many people subscribe to this corrupt, evil, unjust, biased, superstitious, bigoted, dogmatic, frankly ignorant faith system. You find it comforting that there is some sort of divine surveillance camera, watching over everyone? Saying atheists want to get off scot-free is an excuse to avoid presenting evidence.

Get off your frail moral high horse and come back to reality.

  • @Exodus314IAM What about Atheists that don't kill or steal, like me? I think I'm a proper person; so what if I'm n atheist?

  • @D3m190dI am happy that you have not stolen anything or killed anyone, but these are human morals. God makes it clear that if you just get angry with someone you are just like a murderer (Matthew 5:21-26) so sorry to say the facts are without Jesus we are all doomed to an eternal separation from God (aka Hell). So unless you have accepted Jesus as your Savior (John 3:16) you are not going to make it.

    Seek God, seek the truth!

  • @Exodus314IAM Right... So we have person A, who is a christian, and person B, who is an Atheist. They both lead exactly the same 'goodness' in life, and both 'deserve' everything equally. The ONLY difference is that one is a christian, and one is an atheist. Only the christian goes to heaven? NO, wait, let's say the atheist did even better things than the christian, devoting his/her entire life to 'good' things. Still only the christian goes to heaven? If so, I'm sorry, but god is an ass. =|

  • @D3m190d Ok then lets get deeper, I can take your brain and plug it into a movie projector and play every thought and lust you have ever had and are having on a big screen for everyone to see. How "Good" whould you be, would you run out of there as fast as you could? So who deserves heaven? You? Me? No way! God know your every thought and lust but He still loves you, so much He sent His only Son to die for you and me. Would you do that for someone?

  • @Exodus314IAM I don't know if I would do that, until I was in such a situation. Would you? :P Anyway, what was the point exactly of your latest comment? xD Well, it's nice to hear he still loves me. However, does that ge me into heaven? Or does he just love everyone, also people that rape, steal, murder and go to hell? I just want to know what you think of Atheists, that would *probably* be good, in the eyes of god.

  • @Exodus314IAM It's sad how you don't have any evidence to back up the Bible and all of this so-called 'evidence' can easily be debunked.

  • @Exodus314IAM

That doesn't trump his argument. You completely ignored his premise and sidestepped into another discussion. By the way, rape is a crime, looking at a woman with lust is harmless(unless you happen to be superstitious).

What if the 'child of God' looked at many women with lust and the atheist didn't. Let's say the atheist was WAY more moral (by your standards) than the Christian. Who goes to your fictional torture chamber(hell)?

  • The problem is, that according to this video, a person is judged solely on their religious beliefs and not their morals. Don't give me the "Christians are perfect, or they aren't Christian" argument, because Christians are just as likely(if not more) to commit crimes as atheists.

Why is it that you think we need a superstitious code from antiquity to be moral? Atheists are really nice people, we aren't murderers or thieves. An atheist doesn't believe in God, that's it.

  • @Exodus314IAM Satire?

  • @Exodus314IAM

So, you're a big fan of thought crime legislation? You do understand that thinking and doing are two separate things, right? Thoughts have no effect on the material world. Of course, you being a Christian probably have a deep attachment to "magical" thinking. And who is more morally responsible - an atheist or Christian? I believe it's the atheist because we understand that everyone has just 1 life. If we wrong someone we understand it has to be corrected NOW not later.

  • @D3m190d If you are a Atheist, then to you there is no god and so you don't have anything to worry about right?

  • @Cenamark2

    Wrote:

So selfish, lying, stealing, killing Christians will be saved above kind,

I seen this video a little differently,,You know that big thick book the last guy was holding?

It was probably filled with sin but also filled with many (GOOD WORKS)

But here's the thing,,They were not HIS good works,,,Thats why he did not boast,,,They were Christ's good works who lives in him...

  • So God created people to go to hell? If those are the "people" that administer heaven, then I really do wanna go to heaven.

  • @xXNuclearWarXx there are different "denominations" within Christianity to which I don't agree with, personally. For me, denominations is unnecessary because we're all talking about and believe the same things so why are there division within Christianity? The thing, none of us are perfect and as Christians, we also struggle with the same things as everybody else. We're not any more "elite" than the next average person. But because of Jesus, we're able to have a relationship with God regardless

  • I hope that wasn't serious, really makes me wanna be christian...

  • @notbuffoonnotclown it is serious. cause there is no amount of good works that a person can do to be saved. in fact, God makes it so much easier for us because it's by grace that we are saved, not by how much we do. Now isn't that just so much easier and not stressful?

  • The bible says " Be not deceived for God is not mocked what a man soweth is what he will reap" You can't just do whatever you want and think just because you received Christ at one time your got a get in free pass. You have to live according to the word of God. At the end of this all God will be the judge. God has given you a choice to make either to receive him or not. Its up to you.

  • Read some of the other comments, and I get what people are saying. I think the maker of this was trying to get across to people out there who think their to bad or to far gone that they can receive God's grace. The bible says that "It's not by works, lest any man should boast." You can receive Jesus His mission was to save the lost(people who don't know him) rather they do alot of good or not. If any man be in Christ he is a new creation all old is past away and all things are new.

  • Whats the name of the background music?

    *sings in the background*

"Banana choop choop choop, bana choop, bana choop, banana choop choop choop"

  • This is telling you "Believe in God (for a backup plan)".

That means I could rape, murder and steal, BUT if I say "I believe in God", I'm drinking smoothies and enjoying an ice cold beer in heaven.

  • YOu're not good just because you're making good actions.... The only way you can be saved is by God's Grace and His son sacrifice for us in the cross! Don't forget that...and to others that prefer tolive their lifes thinking God is a side thing....well.... I'll pray for you my friends! =]

  • So. Let me get this straight. You can have a thick "file of evil deeds" and you're supposed to be able to get the "good" rating by doing nothing more than being into Jesus? So if I go murder and rape my neighbors, but sincerely get into Jesus, let's say five minutes before my lethal injection, I'm getting into heaven? But the guy who devotes his life to selfless acts doesn't?

I don't think we're reading the same book.

  • Hell is the godly proof of immorality.

  • @wowide lol how do you know? you been there lately?

  • Gods standards? You mean like endorsing slavery (Genesis 9:25-27), or how about taking virgins as "booty" (Numbers 31:31-40), or offering your daughter up to a crowd of rapitists (Judges 19:22-29). You can't dismiss this as "it's only the Old Testament". Is it not the same God? Besides, Jesus wasn't always the turn the other cheek kinda guy. Look up Luke 27:19.

  • No wonder I'm an atheist, thanks to scare tactics like this. Some loving god you portray, willing to condemn good people to damnation. If your god has to use fear and intimidation like this to make people bow down, then I want no part of it.

  • @YAM2691

Me either. This guy Exodus314IAM is a damn moron if he believes or follow this crap.

  • wow... that was just gross over simplifaction of complex matter.

  • This video just shows what a joke Christianity really is.

  • I'm going to go viking on this century!

Then pray like hell on my death bed!

    Thank ye Jesus!

    Isn't touching children fun!

  • "You take American Express, right?" Ha ha ha love it. <3

  • thats so wonderful to know

    thanks for uploading this video

  • GREAT VIDEO, so clear, best I've seen perhaps, thanks 4 sharing! :)

  • @menno000

The guy sharing it clearly missed the point...

  • lol jesus is "good enough"

  • If being a good person doesn't get you into heaven, then send me to hell with all the like-minded people. This crap is just.... stupid.

  • @xXNuclearWarXx Who is a good person? are you going by Gods standards or mans standards?

  • @Exodus314IAM I'm going by man's standards, of course. God's supposed standards are really just man's values repackaged into biblical form, after all. I think any Christian who is reasonable understands this.

This video makes it apparent that all manner of filth can make it into heaven, so I say man's standards take the moral high ground. If God's only requirement is that I accept Jesus, then he was kind of a jerk for giving me the powers of rational thought that led to me atheism.

  • @xXNuclearWarXx God does not take lip service, you can fool man but you cannot fool God. God knows our hearts and they are all wicked. So if we are to get to heaven we have to be "Born Again" give up our old ways and follow Jesus not man. Unless you know Jesus (Jesus of the Bible) you do not know how to get to heaven and there is only two choices you can make. Jesus and Heaven or man and eternal separation from God (hell).

  • @Exodus314IAM What I don't understand then, is why the bible lays out a code of morality at all. You say all that really matters is accepting Jesus, and all the other sins are automatically forgiven. Why warn us against sin if it doesn't matter in the first place? Christians always insist they take the moral high ground... but then you say that morality never mattered in the first place as long as you find Jesus. You don't see anything wrong with that?

  • @Exodus314IAM Typical, evading rational arguments in favor of emotional manipulation. According to your theology, the Christian god created us as we are. Since he is supposed to be incapable of making mistakes, he is responsible for our "sins." Furthermore, he is responsible for any disbelief we would have, as he shaped how we think. This god should know what it would take to make me a believer. That makes him responsible for my lack of belief as well.

  • Exactly

Roddenberry - "I condemn false prophets, I condemn the effort to take away the power of rational decision, to drain people of their free will--and a hell of a lot of money in the bargain. Religions vary in their degree of idiocy, but I reject them all. For most people, religion is nothing more than a substitute for a malfunctioning brain."

"We must question the story logic of having an all-knowing all-powerful God, who creates faulty Humans, and then blames them for his own mistakes."

  • @Exodus314IAM

    you are a guilable idiot

  • @Exodus314IAM Yeah, and the tooth fairy exists too.

  • @Exodus314IAM What are you talking about? I know how to get into heaven, there's a bunch of mexicans holding up the fence on the south border. I just need 10,000 pesos.

  • @Exodus314IAM

I was really enjoying this because I thought this was a parody joke on what a croc the whole philosophy of Christianity is. Then I saw your comments. You actually think that this is a fair and legitimate thing. Wonders will never cease to amaze.

Any system that gives people the slip pass despite how bad theyve been is morally bankrupt.

And God who burns/separates anyone for eternity is not loving.

    Wake up.

  • @Exodus314IAM

So who a person really is does not even matter?

Why the hell should we believe in your god over any other?

There is no reason. If your god really did exist, and really did want to save us from hell, he would make himself apparent to us instead of judging whether people should go to hell on random guesswork and cultural upbringing.

  • @Exodus314IAM

Yes, you can say all that crap about 'the proof of god is all around us'. But this argument does not work for any atheists. And if it does not work for us, then why is it the only one god chooses to use?

GOD, if he existed, would be the only thing stopping us from accepting him.

Why would a god judge someone on a supposed 'wickedness' that they themselves are not aware of?

None of it makes any sense.

Feel free to correct me if any of my statements are wrong.

  • @Exodus314IAM

    RETARDED

  • @Exodus314IAM Since humans created god(s), and morality is derived from human social norms, I think xXNuclearWarXx was referring to man-made standards.

  • @Exodus314IAM

    God's standards?

You mean the god that murdered millions of people, ordered rape and slavery, is homophobic, and a jelous and petty maniac?

I do not value his standards.

I thought this video was satirical before I read your comments.

Any god who judges someone purely on their belief in him is a petty, disgusting maniac. I do not want anything to do with him. Thankfully, he doesn't exist so there is nothing to worry about.

    You are pathetic.

  • @Exodus314IAM the only standard that matters is our own, even though others can use theirs to compare to us or even punish us by theirs ours is still the best.

  • @xXNuclearWarXx

Man I completely agree with you. The Christian Gods standards is absurd and load of crap. Exodus314IAM, dude freaking wake up and use your damn brain for crying out loud.

  • @TheStarTreker So who are your gods? You really need to look around you and see the truth all around you. God created everything for man but man has no respect for any of it. We all fall short and desierve eternal punishment in hell. But God loves us so much that He gave us a way out, Jesus! All you need is to have faith in Jesus and become born again! God gave us the free gift of grace so we would not have to go to Hell!!

  • @Exodus314IAM

No natural forces created the universe and everything in it including us. Not an imaginary invisible being in the sky. Man created God in his head, mind. Jesus Christ and everything else in the Bible are a work of fiction. It's only a story book, a fairy-tale. Continue in the next comment…

  • @TheStarTreker I am not sure why I am keeping this silly conversation up with someone who has no clue of what is right in front of them, but here we go. If God is imaginary then what created everything? or are you an evolutionist? which has been proven wrong many years ago. So if you are able to use your brain and look around at the world and see that everything could not have just evolved from nothing, you must accept a creator (aka God).

  • @Exodus314IAM

Read the whole book from word to word, page to page, study it closely, and figure it out. Then you will finally know it contradicts everything and doesn't fully make sense. It's an evil book. It has a lot of blood, violence, miserable, and suffering in it. Continue in the next comment…

  • @TheStarTreker As for the Bible, if it is so wrong or a fairy-tale then why do archaeologists use it as a source for the excavations? The Bible is proven correct more and more every day through archaeolgy not proven wrong. So again use your brain and look it up yourself. And by the way I have read the Bible many many times and I get more and more out of it every time!

  • @Exodus314IAM

I reject the notion that I need a god or a deity to be moral. All of us humans have morality, values and characteristics in ourselves to be civilized if we choose to be. We don't need a god, deity, or a higher power to do it for us or to guide us. We have the ability to do it ourselves. Continue in the next comment…

  • @TheStarTreker So we have morals do we? where did we get these morals? did you learn them like birds learn to fly by jumping out of the nest? or were they put into us by a...creator? "We have the ability to do it oursleves" you say, and I agree but where did we get these abilities? open your eyes please my friend and just look at the world, God is being worked out of our lives and man kind is deteriorating, you do the math.

  • @Exodus314IAM

Again wake up, do your research, and learn how to use your damn brain. I'm basically saying to you to stop being so lazy and depending on something that is invisible and non-existence to do everything for you or answer everything for you and finally learn and expand your mind.

  • @TheStarTreker You call me lazy for believing in a suprierior being (God) and living by His example and you call me lazy when all you have to do is whatever you want? If you want to steel all you have to fear is being caught by the police, true Christians cannot get away from a all knowing God so there is not way we would even think of doing this. I am just saying, stop being lazy and seek the truth! take the red pill, and your eyes will be opened!

  • @Exodus314IAM

All I'm gonna say right now. You are just lost in your own delusions like the rest of religious fanatics are. Evolution has been proven wrong many years ago? Think again. You do not understand science at all. I admit I don't understand everything about it either but at least I try to help contribute it. Yeah if God created everything then where did he come from? Explain that one. Wait you can't. Continue in the next comment…

  • @TheStarTreker God created everything, including time which we on earth are bound by. Time rules our lifes here and we cannot excape it. God on the other hand is not bound by time which He created so to God time has no effect on Him thus there is no beginning for God. God is eternal, in other words has always existed so to say who created God is to say when was God created and as I said time is not a factor for God.

How much more time do you have on earth? then what? are you 100% sure?

  • @Exodus314IAM

The Bible is proven correct more and more every day through archaeology? Okay that is ridiculous. Yeah you claimed you have read it enough but only the parts that you like and the ones that you approved of. Continue in the next comment…

  • @TheStarTreker How can you say that about me? do you know me? just because you have never read it does not mean that everyone has never read it. Maybe you need to actually read the Bible, and not just cherry pick but read it! then look up some of the things that you do not understand, better yet join a Bible study group and actually learn. If your views are correct then you should be a ble to disprove the Bible. I know you cannot!

  • @Exodus314IAM

We can be barbaric and savage or we can choose to be civilized and intelligent. It's natural not from a superior being (God). Want to know what is really causing man kind to deteriorate? It is organized religion and capitalism. A great way we can save ourselves is follow humanism and gain scientific knowledge and end capitalism, greed, poverty. You are the one that need to open your eyes.

  • @TheStarTreker I agree 100% organized religion and capitalism is what is causing the deterioration of mankind. I do not follow a organized religion, to be a true Christian is a way of life not a religion. Science is its own worst enemy, as technology gets more advanced it disproves itself and actually starts to support the Bible. like how old is the earth, the great flood, space and time. The Bible explained all these and now science is starting to agree!

  • @Exodus314IAM Wow. Are you serious... Science does NOT agree with the bible.

  • @Exodus314IAM Science disproves itself and proves religion? I really doubt you have ANY examples of actual scientists that have published papers in actual scientific journals.

not to mention, the beauty of science is that is can be disproven. you believe in a logical negative, something without evidence other than the insistence of a 6000+ year old book. if anything was scientifically disproven, the entire community would change their views; your views can't be disproven because there's no proof

  • @xXNuclearWarXx If you understood the word of God you would know what they are talking about. Living a good life doesnt mean you can get to heave. The only way to get to the father is through Jesus Christ! you will understand this eventually

  • @branthehun No, I do understand the concept of grace, I just don't buy into it.

I find it doubtful that a morally infallible God could somehow be so fickle. If I live my life in a way that Jesus would have approved of, then God would recognize that.

What offends me about this video is that it implies that morality is meaningless. If sin doesn't matter, then why would God dream up the concept in the first place? Obviously sin isn't even one of God's considerations during judgement.

  • @xXNuclearWarXx Thats pretty mean dude. I mean God practically gives you a free ticket to Heaven. And you are so self centered that you can't give up you're life to live for him and potentially save lives. Its not a hard thing to do.

  • @BIGDADDYDUKE2 How do I accept the free ticket to heaven?

There are numerous Christian sects with differing notions of divine grace, so its unclear how to go about earning it. Would it be acceptable to just pick one?

Since man invented all the various sects, I think it is acceptable for me to invent one also. I would preach benevolence, charity, and goodwill and all that jazz. Would God be upset at the absence of his mention? I can't bring myself to believe that he is that narcissistic.

  • @xXNuclearWarXx Ha dude what if I judged you for how your kids acted? Would that be very fair? Or how about I just watch your actions and make a decision then? That seems more fair and logical. No you can't just make up your own sec and dude I understand where you're coming from. And I don't want to sit here and make up excuses and I don't want it to seem that way because I'm not. The Bible says there is only one way to God. Don't be mislead for what you see "christians" do...

  • @xXNuclearWarXx Get to know God your self. But I really want you to understand I know what you mean. I was a "religious christian" once myself. Because I didn't read the Bible for myself. But at one point I took the time to listen to what God had to say instead of listening to what men thought was right. God isn't even for religion. Hes not. He doesn't care about that. If you'd read the Bible, Jesus(being God) God mad at the religious scholars for adding to the word of God.

  • @xXNuclearWarXx I don't blame you for viewing christianity the way you do. And I don't want to sit here and preach to you unless you mind. But most athiest don't. And I don't want to offend you, sorry if I have. But God just wants you to have a relationship with him. This is going to sound really weird but God wants you to love him like you love a girl or guy. He wants to talk to you 24/7. He wants to be with you were ever you go. Christianity has really been misportrayed. If you read the Bible.

  • @xXNuclearWarXx You will see why all these sects, or denominations are wrong. Though they preach the word of God, they are divided between the word of God. God said to be one in him. Though they are wrong, that doesn't make our God wrong. I'm not saying they'll go to hell, thats between them and God. But I know all these sects did not come from the Bible. They came from people believing what they want to.

  • @xXNuclearWarXx it's not by being good that'll save us, it's by God's grace. Isn't that so much easier? Isn't it so much easier to accept what's free than something that you work your whole life for and still not get?

  • @xbekaaahxS2 But its not easier. Religions always talk about grace, but nobody really knows how you earn it. The gist of it is to avoid sin, and accept that Jesus is your savior, and you might get it. The former is impossible, and the latter is impossible for a nonbeliever. I certainly won't pretend to believe, and besides that, an omniscient God would see right through that act, no?

Forcing me to lie to myself and to others for fear of eternal punishment sounds rather evil to me.

  • @xXNuclearWarXx but the thing about grace is you don't have to earn it, there's nothing that we can do to "earn it" or "work for it" cause it's impossible for us to ever do that, which is why grace is a FREE gift that is given to us even though we don't deserve it! That's the awesomeness of Christianity [not every "religions" cause if you study other religions, it's different], we can't avoid sin but because of God's grace, we're saved if we accept it. It's not that complicated, really

  • @xbekaaahxS2 If everyone had a no-strings-attached ticket to heaven, then there would be no need for Christianity. Obviously theres more to it then just saying "I accept your gift." Even within Christianity, sects don't all agree on the idea of grace. Perhaps in your religion you can just say "I'm with Jesus", but Catholics, for example, have other ideas.

  • @xXNuclearWarXx but the thing is not everyone agrees with "Christianity" as you pointed out, there are other religions out there but their doctrines are very contrasting. If there is no need of Christianity, then why isn't everyone accepting Jesus into their lives? That's my question. Obviously, there's more but obviously that depends on whether you're opened to it or not. If you choose to not believe Christianity anyways, then how can you be opened to accept more?

  • @xXNuclearWarXx yes, there are different "denominations" within Christianity to which I don't agree with, personally. For me, denominations is unnecessary because we're all talking about and believe the same things so why are there division within Christianity? The thing, none of us are perfect and as Christians, we also struggle with the same things as everybody else. We're not any more "elite" than the next average person.

  • @xXNuclearWarXx its actually so much easier than you think .. you dont have to do good to be accepted and loved from God .. He Loves you And Accepts you Anyway The way you are .. Believe Me JESUS ROCKS :D

    Thanks For Reading (:

    God Bless you :)

  • Sadly this is the logic Christians are using.

  • @InsaneMagnolia935 sadly, even though such grace is so amazing, people are still reluctant to believe it....even though all one have to do is to accept the gift.

  • @xbekaaahxS2 It doesn't make sense to me. God will only save the ones who kiss his butt. If I were a firefighter and only saved my friends while allowing strangers to burn, I'd be one terrible firefighter. I find it hard to worship a God who seems like such jerk.

  • @Cenamark2 He has given more than enough chances for all people to be saved. Can a firefighter save someone who has barricaded himself in a burning building and refuses to be saved? Probably not..

  • Great Message! it's all about God's Grace to us in the Gospel. None are good -- No not one!! We are made pure through Christ's atoning sacrifice for us.

  • @Bearkiller777 And whose fault would that be? If you believe your god is perfect, and created us as he wanted us to be, then he is responsible for our flaws and misdeeds. And no matter how evil the worst human in history has been, an eternity of torture is excessive punishment. You have a very strange notion of right and wrong.

  • oh yeah don't bother being a good person just accept jesus and be a horrible person that's exactly what your religion is dictating

  • @KrissytheWorldWithin Hi, Sorry you are a little off. Where does it say you can accept Jesus still do bad things? The Bible is clear on this 2 Corinthians 5:17 "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!"

    Hope this helps you!

  • @Exodus314IAM I don't know if you actually watched this vid or not but plenty of people with smaller files (from what I deduced file size equated to number of sins) were sent to hell and the guy with the file size that equates to the size of the lord of the rings trilogy gets the pass because he said yes to jesus.

maybe this is why I chose a different spiritual path than Christianity. You can't undo a boatload of wrong with words to a god.

  • @KrissytheWorldWithin You are 100% correct, there is nothing you or I can do about our sins. Old sins current sins or future sins. We cannot earn our salvation, only Jesus can save us. We are sinners, that is the truth Jesus paid for our sins. All you have to do is have faith in Jesus and turn away from our old sinful ways. Now even born again Christians will still miss the mark (sin) but that sin takes on a whole new meaning.

  • @Exodus314IAM you totally missed the point of my comment and that is fine. I know I cannot convince you that you are wrong and that you cannot convince me that I am wrong. I simply disagree with the principal of hell as a whole and the idea that muttering an apology to god is a sufficient make-up for atrocious sins. Nor can I understand how one can so easily subscribe to a faith that so readily condemns someone who is overall a good person because they didn't believe in god.

  • @KrissytheWorldWithin Actually you miis the point, Lets say a person goes out and drinks then drives and gets into an accident. oh by the way he killied you mom and dad in the prosses. Now he faces the judge and the judge is a nice judge and loves people so he lets the guy off since the guy is a good person some times. Is that judge a good judge or a bad one? Now God is a better judge, and we have the commandments to use as a scale of right and wrong.

  • So if you steel somthing, even something small you are a thief. If you kill someone you are a murderer, funny is the Bible says that if you hate someone in your heart you are a murderer already and no murderer will see heaven (Matthew 5:21-22). Here is a good one, adultery, the bible says that if you look at someone with lust you have committed adultery already (Matthew 5:27-28). So by Gods rules and God being a great judge what would you get heaven or eternal separation from God (aka Hell)?

  • Oh by the way its not if I am right or you are right, it is that God is right! So if what I say is true you are in trouble. Your not alone I am also, but God sent His son to die a terrible death on the cross for us that whoever believe on Him will have eternal LIFE (heaven) John 11:25-26. Now if you are correct then we are all ok, even Hitler is in heaven. I do not like your heaven.

  • @Exodus314IAM in my path god is not so arrogant or judgemental

  • @KrissytheWorldWithin Then sorry to say you are not following God, at least not the only true God of the Bible.

    Take care and God Bless!

  • @Exodus314IAM I'll take that risk, I rather like fires I think they're beautiful

  • @KrissytheWorldWithin I am sorry to hear that, I guess Gods rules are just to tough for a lot of people. After all having fun is much more...fun. untell you drik to much and kill someones mom and dad right? but hopefully you get the loving judge.

  • @Exodus314IAM okay my little bigot. You want a flame war well I'm not going to give you one because my path teaches not to judge others based on there faith but I will make one final comment before I end this conversation with you and that is this. I don't even drink often and I certainly don't condone driving drunk and stereotyping all non-christians as alcoholics is very un-Christlike of you sir or ma'am (im sorry your s/n is androgynous). I follow the rules of a god and religion

  • @KrissytheWorldWithin I do believe that you have no faith in the Bible, if you did you would look at things of this world in a different light. I am sure you have strong faith and I can respect that. God is all loving and does not want anything to separate you from Him. Satan knows he cannot beat God so he does what he can to separate us from Him. This is Satans only weapon against God...US.

God has no rules nad being a true Chirstian is not a religion it is a way of Life!

  • @Exodus314IAM If you were a true Christian you would think the world is flat :)

  • @Exodus314IAM no by what christianity is it IS a religion and god made lucifer so you just said that he has some power against the CREATOR of everything by sepperating us from him/her. and how does your god love mankind he's the most evil thing ever conceived.

  • I think the pt of this video is no matter what we do in this world, we have to accept Jesus in order to get into heaven. Jesus, I am the way, the truth, and the life. So..yeah..

  • i luv it

  • than God that meter puts me in the mind of willt wonka and the chocolate factory!cooooooool

  • Amen Jesus covers a multitude of sins!

  • GREAT video!!!

  • What if he tazed 'jesus' after he threw his papers away...

  • I love this video it is so true!

  • being agnostic atheist i dont have to try and appeise a deity and i do consider my self slightly buddhist but think about it if ur gonna go to heavan u have to be in full clothes donate everything u have to the church be a hobo basicly live as poorly as jesus suppopsedly did and not wreck a stall etc

  • all of my righteousness to God is as filthy rags, glad I am a Child of God!

  • Bribing the god himself....rofl

  • nice video.,just accept Him and make Him your saviour and also LORD so be His servant and share also what He did on the Cross to others,be Christlike... ;p

  • Cute, but it should've shown all those people who didn't get into heaven writhing in eternal torment, with their eyes melting from their sockets and skin flaying from their skin. You forgot to include them begging for a drop of water as they were torn apart by demons whilst on fire and stuff like that.

After all, they're all going to hell...Not gonna be sitting around in a gang able to complain!

  • WWJD what would jesus do ;)

  • i liked this vid altho i thought it was gonna be a funny vid lol

  • i didn't get this video. at all. is that bad?

  • what don't you understand about it?

  • ''But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead?'' james 2:20. so even though Ephesians 2:8-9 states that '' For by agrace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.Not of works, lest any man should aboast.''. this in no way changes the fact that in order to be saved by grace we must have that desire and that desire is manifested in our faith and true faith is manifested in our actions. God is judge so we must fear him always.

  • another example of propaganda by the media to give people an excuse to do wrong or fail to do whats right. It is true that we are saved by grace but if god didn't mind us living a life of sin then he would not have given us commandments if we have true faith it will be manifest in the way we live our lives. you can't say you accept jesus as your savior during the day and kill people by night. you have to live what you say
