  • Naww, whoever is hosting this "youtube" video...

  • @Ph0be What? Too shy to talk to me directly, so you're referring about me in the 3rd person?

You really think I, a 25-year-old married man, am a virgin? Nice try pal, but... troll harder. Hahah, fool.

  • @JPizzle1122 To be honest I thought you deleted my virgin comment, and you don't look 25 :)

  • @Ph0be - Maybe you should try watching a more recent video then? This one is two years old, before I had a beard.

  • virgin?

  • @Ph0be - Who? Leslie Mann? Nah, I'm pretty sure she's sthtupping Judd Apatow.

  • hahaha thwartable riddles, what a load of shit that movie was

  • Angels and Demons-The book was a lot better IMHO, but I did enjoy the movie.

  • My feathers gonna get ya'

  • Leslie Mann really sucks , I have to agree with you on that that is absolutely true.

  • theyre giving it on USA

  • VATICAN YOU WILL BE DEAD IN 60 SECOUND

  • "Or a Pickaxe!"

  • random random random random random random random randomrandom random random random random random random random random random random random random random random random random random random random random random random random random random random random random random random random random random

  • For "Funny People," the plot spoiler really doesn't matter. Jon was right about everything that was wrong with that movie. I rarely sat through a movie that made me so bored. There is actually a point in the movie when Sandler fights on the lawn with another guy, where an editor could have come in and lopped the next 30 minutes off the flick and no one would've noticed.

  • I give funny people a 10/10 for Eric Bana.

  • Compared to the book Angels and Demons (15/10!!!!), the movie really lacks, and the many unnecessary changes are frustrating for fans of the book. It's not bad; it just sucks compared to the book. 3/10

  • Giant AMEN!!! with DELTORAGAL's comment at 7:14. SO MANY UNNECESSARY CHANGES!!!! It's hardly even the same story anymore!

  • Illuminati Diamond at 6:40. The Illuminati Diamond brand was not in the movie; It was replaced by a crossed keys brand..

  • OR A PICKAXE!!!!!!!

    lol

  • I give this a 10 because Jory was in it

  • Your review of funny people reminded me of the worst movie I've ever seen in my life: Elisabethtown. It is the only movie that was bad enough to make me walk out of the cinema half through.

  • Angels and Demons IF you didn't read the book. Was great. However there as a huge twist from the book they didn't even include in the movie! Seriously a vital character in the book isn't even mentioned in the movie. That's why for anyone who's read the book it sucks.

  • isn't it ewen mcgregor

  • Funny People: A-

  • wow you really know how to get the subscribers, at first i kinda like the show by bringing up the film felon. but like i said b4 in other videos your snobby attitude in your response comments is just bs. do you see shane dawson or meekakitty responding to people saying shit?? & btw your microwave shit is fucked all the shit will get hot & will get destroyed. oooops forgot to say spoiler alert. deja vu? ya theres barely a heads up. btw started out with good/constructive comments, now u just blow

  • @nschuel - No, I don't see them responding to anyone, actually. I may be rude to the idiots on here, but at least I take the time to interact and communicate with my audience.

Sorry to hear you don't like my content.

  • @JPizzle1122 i think the show is decent its just weird and kinda shitty when you respond the way you do sometimes to people. mainly when the guy asked if you wanted a psp for the microwave thing and you were a dick to him. but whatever is what it is. i like the movie reviews, especially when you introduce films i probably would have never heard of like felon

  • @JPizzle1122 i agree maybe a little more of a heads up would be cool, it was a little fast, heads up spolier! he doesnt die. altho i have seen funny people so didnt matter. this comment probably wont matter its an old video

  • @nschuel i would rather have some youtubers respond it seems less like they just make videos for money and don't give a shit. as for the microwaving obviously its a hobby they like to do, you don't have to watch it. i dont even know why i even leave comments youtube is full of trolls

  • @bigstopowens - Well, it's not a hobby. It's a job.

  • jory looks really pale

  • I read the book before hand and i found the movie better because the book goes deeper into the history of the ilumanati and the vatican

  • funny people i thought sucked. It had two story lines and both ended crappy. Jon is 100% right about it but he was to nice it was more like crappy on the rate-o-meter

  • OR A PICKAXE!!!!!!!

  • 8:39 sounds like hes saying "let's take a look at next weeks boobies"

  • @MrEytor YOUR RIGHT!!!!

  • i found angels and demons pretty boring

  • OR A PICKAXE!

  • No offense Jory, but you should stick to the microwave show. Jon sounds...a bit more professional.

  • Adam Sandler!

  • i skipped to the part with the explosion in angels and demons.... so it was awsome

  • Aww, man... So Funny People, when stood up against its trailer, is like Stranger Than Fiction stood up against its trailer?

  • 2:06 Surprise Buttsecks!!

    =O

  • hahahahahahahaha

  • 2012 IS THE WORST MOVIE OF ALL TIME!!!

  • best tom hanks movie ever is DEFINITELY Forrest Gump, and is my all time favorite movie too :D

  • i thought it was really good....it was really long and a bit full of filler

  • 4:40 Bringed?

  • Angels and Demons was really good. But if you read the book then you'll see that they killed some of the script, especially when they decided to cut his thought processes, which ultimately made it seem as if the answer would constantly hit him in the face like a bolt of lightning. If you havn't read the book though it's a very good movie to sit back and watch.

  • you mean ewan mcgregor not ian mcrgregor

  • lol at 8:01

  • i agree. they could of done so much more

  • I thought I'll love angels&demons, because i love the book. But they changed the script. I hated it. HATED!!! Why did they have to change the script so much???

  • @kittecat963 It was definitely turned into what almost seemed like 24..

  • wat if u dont have twitter and dont plan on getting one?

  • @littleaznfriend Deal with it?

  • 5 Stars for Jory!!!!

  • @nems608 3:43 *Ewan McGregor

  • the davinci code straight sucked, but i rlly enjoyed angels and demons

  • So i don;t know - should i watch DV Code 1st or A&D 1st??? which one?

  • ANGELS & DEMONS WAS FREAKIN AWSOME!!!!!!! I LOVE TOM HANKS :D lol kinda

  • little more heads up on the spoiler, please. Better yet, no spoilers in recent films. Just an idea, Paula.

  • gruelin1

    1) There was a heads-up

    2) It's not really a substantial spoiler, like, at all.

    - Jon

  • jon: just an idea man. Take it or leave. Big fan, keep on keepin on!

  • Funny People was pretty bad. I didn't even finish it.

  • Jory looks like Edward Cullen at first IMO

  • Glad he split up the ratings and gave the ratings for the viewers as a graph. The law of averages would have always given a medium rating... the law of averages strikes again.

  • 2:39 dramedy

  • or a pickaxe l0l

  • Can you guys please color coordinate your map thing better? Like Red to blue or something? It's hard to understand with random color.

  • ...because you can't read?

  • No, because it would be convenient.

    ...

TAKE A FUCKING CHILL PILL HOLY SHIT OH MY FUCKING GOD YOU PIECE OF MAGGOT INFESTED GARBAGE COVERED SHIT EATING LIFE SUCKING SLIME MOLD!!!!!!!!

    ...

  • JORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i am glad it goes by his rating. thats why im watching HIM review it

  • explain to me how tom hanks was the bad guy in toy story 2

  • Good reviews 5 stars.

I also think Jory was quite funny but did not get some of what he said as he speaks to fast.

I have not seen these two movies above but i do have Night At The Museum: Battle Of The Smithsonian on my Hard drive to watch in HD.

    Will watch it this weekend.

I liked the first one and Ricky Gervais is good.

  • i think the diargram of the US is really cool but you should change up the colors there is a lot of odd shades of yellowish

  • toxin014 - You're saying that I am? Or that Jory is?

    Either way you're:

    1) Wrong

    2) Intolerant

    3) Blocked from this channel

    - Jon

  • you sure know how to deal with the assholes

  • Johnathan Paula FTW!!!!

  • lol dude. Hardcore!

  • Comment removed

  • Stop starting shit on youtube

  • Click's trailer showed it being a comedy, and it was mostly drama. It was still good.

  • more jory in the future!!!!

  • I saw Angels & Demons at the drive-in and it was okay but I didn't like how it lagged in some places. I actually fell asleep during one part and so did my friends.

  • i am ready for some action ^^ any guys want to take the challenge?

  • Click was the same..funny but oooooober sad

  • I enjoy all your work Jon. I thought Jory however wasn't as good as you Jon. He was a bit loud and didn't quite explain the "goods" and "bads" well, but I did think he was funnier.

    7:58 - "Or a pickaxe!"

  • I thought Night at the Museum (both the original and the sequel) was cute. I enjoyed watching it, and the visuals were quite impressive. Also, Amy Adams is always fun to watch.

  • No, actually i caught the joke there in the title, but as it is well know, more catholics are getting more voiced in their opinions, some even more to the end of radical, in ensuring that everyone knows whats wrong with what they are doing. I was expecting you to say it, meaning it was very literal, because thats just what I expect from catholics who might (and have, I personally know someone, though thats not saying much here) be bold enough to want to say such things. I simply misunderstood.

  • - Night At The Museum: Battle Of The Smithsonian was a great movie-the acting was amazing and the special effects were great. i love this movie!

  • night at the museum 2: one of the WORST movies i have EVER seen- i thought it would have been better, the first one was really good- secound movie... pure crap!

  • Shawny1234567890 - Then why did you watch... ?

    - Jon

  • Do you get laid more as a net producer?? Reall... I want to know!

  • really, Jon is so right. i hate it when people just post to complain! IF YOU DONT LIKE IT, DONT WATCH IT! five stars if you ask me!

  • Compared to the first one, Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian was a disappointment. I thought they express the characteristics of the characters to fake and commercial. I also didn't like the change to the new museum. Some parts were quite funny, but the more tense parts weren't done well, so i was very bored.

  • meh night at the museum battle of the smithsonians the plot was like a repeat of the first moive (which was good) so the plot was kinda lame

  • Night at the Museum: BOTS was a fairly good film, though didnt have a whole lot to do the theme of the original one. An overall good sequal that you really didn't need to re-watch the first one before seeing.

  • Night at the museum was a great family film and you don't have to watch the first one because of the detailed intro but i would advise seeind the first because its just so darn funny. With that the second one was not as funny but more heartfelt and adventurous where as the first could not being confinded in the smaller space.

  • Am I the only one that wants a little plot, with my movie, anyone?

  • #JPMN Paranormal Activity was an awesome movie. It started off ok then it got scarier and scarier. Some parts of the film that had possessive activity were the most gripping and scariest, especially the last scene! 5/5!

  • You're supposed to use twitter. not a comment.

  • well thanks for telling me because i hadn't a clue...

  • MyUniverse2000 - You really didn't have a clue? It's called "Tweet-Critique" ... are you like brain-dead or something?

    - Jon

  • wtf. . .where the hell did 3 steps to sucess go. . .wtf. . .i loved that crap. . .seriusly wtf

  • can we suggest movies to watch?

I sort of want to suggest an interesting movie called pontypool, and I'm curious as to what you would say about it.

  • tom hanks has been the good guy in alot of things. forest gump, toy story, catch me if u can, and so on.

  • cade48trujillo1 - Every single movie of his career... actually... hence the line, "knock me over with a feather".

I would seem you don't understand sarcasm though...

    - jon

  • saving private ryan

  • i thought both movies sucked bawls

  • Night at the museum: battle of the Smithsonian was an awesome movie, I do have to say it lagged with drawn out conversations and stereo typical scenes.

  • Are you kidding! I can't believe it flopped so much!

Funny people was more of a dark comedy. The trailer was a little deceptive but the movie was overall good.

  • I just have to give you a compliment Jon, these Movie Nights seem to get more professional every time, but still have that fun twist in them. I really enjoy your show!

You really are turning out to be a great showcreator and now even seem like a semi-professional showhost.

  • You typed that so you could get in a video right?

  • No, i didn't, i've followed Jon's channel for a long time now and he really is getting better.

  • OverSoft - Thanks for the comment!

    - Jon

  • Battle of the Smithsonian was a great movie. It was a little funny and actiony. In my opinion the first film was better but i still liked this movie. 8/10

  • I liked Night at Battle Museam Battle of the Smithsonian, but I feel that the bad guy was defeated too early, I like it when there's a big epic finale and the bad guy either will be defeated in a funny way or they are mere cowards and slip away. Other than that I'd give Night at the Museam Battle Battle of the Smithsonian 4.5 stars, most of the movie was funny, but the beggining was slow.

  • Hi, just a comment without trying to offend anyone..I think that Jory has more charisma than Jonny, so it would be better (unless for me) to see more Jory in Movie Nights

  • I thought that Night at the Museum 2 was full of comedy and very enjoying. It had good acting and great special effects!

  • i want to see you rate bruno and the penis copter for 4 minutes straight

  • u should rate based on what u thought only then what the viewiers thought only and then both

  • night/museum 2- it was funny and good but how is darth vader in a museum and how can statues talk

  • DO TAKEN (lol caps)

  • Millenium: Was an amazing movie, it is one of those movies you have to appreciate for it's time period. The movie was so cheesey that it was just amazing in it's own right.

Some many not agree, but I thought it was good just for the cheese value.

  • is it just me or does he look like a vampire? pointy teeth and all..

    can you say

I VANT TO SUCK YOUR BLOOD

  • night of the museum is a funny film good kids movie and good for grown-ups also

  • LOL! symbology vs symbolism... boondock saints ftw (and yes i do realize they may have gotten it somewhere else)

  • Night at the Museum 2: Had some hilarious moments, and Amelia Earheart/the evil pharoah were entertaining, but that's really it. I'd say 5.

Millenium: I don't want to get into how lame this movie was. It wasn't awful, but pretty bad. 3 out of 10.

Seriously, when are GOOD movies coming out on DVD?

  • Night At The Museum 2: Terrible

Levys film is neither fun nor exciting. Hes stuffed it with special effects, star names and big numbers, but it has none of the exuberance needed to lift us out of our seats and take us on a thrilling ride.

  • Millennium: 8/10

The ratings on this movie are very poor, but don't be fooled this is a great movie. As I was watching this movie, I actually expected most people wouldn't get it because time-travel pictures are usually too confusing for people with linear mind. Time travel concepts require a slightly more abstract mind to follow properly, and more than a 2-second attention span

  • Gotta say, the lighting looks MUCH better this week. Nice and bright, so thanks for fixing that!

Nice touch having Jory as a guest reviewer!

  • night at the museum : battle of the smithsonian - it was a pretty good movie but it didnt live up to its reputation being the second movie in the series. i did, however like the cast selection from the returning cast like ben stiller to new cast members like the jonas brothers

  • Night At the museum: A slow boring movie and kinda just wanted it to end. i know the movie is completly made up ,but landing a plane in the middle of new york city on the streets with not one person within 1 mile of it. cmon thats pushing it. overall a slow boring movie with little or no point but had its moments

  • Night at the Museum 2 is not as good as the original, but if you were a big fan of the first - or a small child - you will probably like the second.

  • These are progressively getting better. Good job guys!

  • Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian was a little funny in some ways but very poorly directed and very hard plot to follow. I think if you are a kid you would like it but over the age of 10 skip it. I will give it an alright just because of its small comedy. I think that they should have done better with a great movie before.

  • Night at the Museum was a cute, funny kids movie, but for everyone else, lame and stupid. 5.

  • Night at The Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian was another crappy attempt to have the sequel surpass the original. They threw in some parts that explained what happened after the first movie but overall was just crap. The writers also threw in another love story with Amelia Earhart? WTF was that? Overall it was exciting at the end with the giant battle that ended just like the first one, the comedy was slapstick, and there were no surprises as far as the plot from the first move. 4/10.

  • night at the museum2 looks like a waste of money wich some guy from a soup kitchen could use. so i rate it as a -2 yes -2 not even worth being called garbage.

  • Night at the Museum: Battle of The Smithsonian plain out sucked. It didn't have a good plot to it and keep me bored for the hour and twenty minutes of garbage that was on screen. 3/10

  • Museum 2 was a good movie. not as good as the first one but sill good. putting the jonas brothers in for the cherubs was a good move, and all the action sequences made up for the bad plot. the worst part was when Larry (Ben Stiller) fell in love with Amelia Earheart, even though he knew she was made of wax. all in all, it was a 6 or 7

  • Jpizzle, the movie Night at the museum; battle of the smithsonian is an awesome movie I would recommend for everyone

  • Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian was a sloppy sequel to an average film. With most series, you would expect the second to exceed the boundaries set by the first, but even with the thin, lame potential it had to live up to, Night at the Museum 2 fell very short.

  • @zed72392 Youtube's Dan Brown is better than that Dan Brown

  • I thought "Night At The Museum: Battle Of The Smithsonian" was a weird movie. The plot didn't make too much sence to me.

  • "Angels & Demons" bothered me deeply. What a terrible, head-smackingly implausible, ultimately nonsensical and utterly self-indulgent film. The sad thing is that our modern ill-informed movie-watching audience will likely believe it to be a work of non-fiction.

  • @PeterCorless nice vocab :D

  • battle of the smithsonian: It had to be one of the worst movies i've ever seen. the first movie was good but this one is just a guide on: how to make a bad plot which made no sense. i also hated how they made fun of darth vader like he was a kiddy joke. i dont think it was good at all.

  • i agree with deltoragal. read the book its much better

  • How long do you plan on doing these if your gonna have a guest every month? Longer than 3 steps to success and all those other shows?

  • Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian.....I didn't find it all that great, Night at the Museum, that was a good movie; for the right audince but this was just trying to hard I'd give it a 4

  • Night at the Museum 2 was a cool movie, it had its funny funny parts and a better storyline than the 1rst one

  • Am the only one that hears "let's take a look at next weeks boobies" at 8:41 ?

  • that is close but I think it was "movies"

  • Now that the averages are gone, the only original part of this show is gone.

  • Battle of the Smithsonian is exactly how not to do a good sequel, while i thought the love connection between Amy Adams and Ben Stiller was totally believable and well done, the majority of the movie relies on the same kind of humour as the original and has nothing new or fresh, it feels mostly like watching the first one again.

  • Battle of the Smithsonian was a somewhat fun film. Although the first one out shined the second, it was interesting at times, yet comedic at others.

  • Jory looks kinda silly in the suit and tacky tie. But the Captain Planet thing was silly.

  • heres what i say about night at the museum:...In the Censored sense of my thouht ill just say the movie sucked Monkey Anus, although the first one was a thrill and exciting to watch, this one was just a chill, a movie that made you drowsy and bored.

  • advice..

    waaaaay to much reading.

lose the map and chart.. are you serious??

    lose the dumb-o-meter.

the geek-look on the first guy is catchy.

the comic second guy is funny.

    the youtube reader reviews works.

    good-luck.

  • I agree about the graphs they are hard to see the numbers just put two rate-o-matics one that does the thing like now and one next to it for the viewer one the it just shows that number highlighted it doesn't need to do the effects on the second one but your other points just ruin al the fun go to a review site and copy the paragraph written and paste it in your speech function you no longer need to read........lazy

  • 2012 was great, for most of the movie. Typical "end of the world plot" But the last 20-30 mins of seemed very unrealistic to me. I don't what to ruin the movie for those who havn't seen it so I'll just say this. If you had done as much research about "end of the world" senario's as I have, you will understand what I mean by the ending being "unrealistic", Other than that a 10, with the ending, rates strong 7 weak 8. But that's just my thoughts.

  • Funny People, Meh. I only got to watch the 1st half of the movie, since then web site I was on crashed. The 1st was pretty good, maybe though its a good thing I didnt get to see the rest of it, lol. Adam is a great actor, but still not sure about Seth Rogen. He was pretty good in Pineapple express, but other than that I just don't think he is all that funny. And in PE he had other great actors in the film, they made up for him. So I think Seth kinda brought funny ppl down somewhat. FP 4

  • I liked A&D, it was pretty good, I'd say about a 7. Tom Hanks is a great actor ever since "Big", But on the side line.....(((Spoiler Alert))) In the begining of the movie it showed what the LHC (Large Hadon Collider) is going to do when it's running at full power. That part of the movie was flimed on location. For those you haven't heard of the "LHC" you should look it up, (youtube LHC). There's alot of hype of what it might do, (end of the world), idk, but the movie was pretty good.

  • Taking out the Ratomatic the way it was before is just as bad as a bad trailer.

  • Night at the museum I'm sorry to say but an absolutely horrible movie. The first one may have kept you occupied but this was like a quick movie whipped together to try and make some cash.

  • "OR A PICK-AXE?!"

That was so friggin' funny. xD Hahahahah! Hrm... I would have thought people were going to hate Angels and Demons for some reason. Interesting review.

  • "Does anyone have a shovel?...*Or A pickaxe!*"

Havent seen Angels and Demons but its in my dvd shelf now that ive rented it. Been a week and I havent watched it
