What kind of table or armature do you recommend for a sculpture who want to fire their pieces in a kiln? I like yours, it appears to hold large life size sculptures you are working on now. Where can I get one? thanks! Donna
that may not be fired but used to make a casting. I would think a walk in kiln .
she's known for her bronze work so I would think it's for casting.
I've fired 1/3 sized figures and have had no problem but you have to be sure there are no air pockets and it's given time to dry. and I know the temps aren't as high as for other material.
arnature ? probably a combo of wire mesh , framework and rods. It has to be strong enough to support that weight. Looks like it's sitting on a 5 gallon bucket doesn't it ? I wonder if any plumbing is used ( running through the bucket as well secured to the wood ? ) At any rate doubtful it is 100% solid.
artist is yet the art is magnifico
