she is so sweet. i think the shelf was perhaps a little ambitious though...
its so sad that she died! i bet you will miss her so much! how old was she when she died?

She was just 9 months old, but she had a great 9 months and we miss her very much.

Yes. She only hiccupped after having her milk for the first week or so but as 'Sokojoo' means hiccup it seemed a nice name.
Unfortunately we have some sad news as she recently became ill very quickly and within 48 hours had passed away. It was found that she had a congenital heart defect. We will miss her loads and at least we have these videos to look back on.

Could this been the reason why her mum rejected her? Would the mother have known her baby was born with this defect? An animal born in the wild with a birth defect normally has a short life. Poor little fellow, at least you gave her a good life.

My family owns an exotic animal rescue which is currently home to over 20 monkeys. We just took in two baby spider monkeys that where confiscated by police during a drug raid. Their previous "Owners" where planning on illigaly selling them like they do there drugs. When we got them they where malnourished but are now doing well at six months.
