  • Two million years ago...

Two australopithecus go for a walk just to see how far they can go. Eventually they become tired and hungry. One decides to turn back and go over the same old path. The other decides to keep going. Comes a cross some mushrooms. Eats them, being so hungry and all. Finds the undefinable higher realms. Goes back to tell others what he has found and realizes he can articulate now. Its chinese to them though. Most laughed and grunted Homo.

  • I feel nature and i don't smoke .... but that is ok

  • @peacelily64 yeah but i guarantee you dont know nature as much as you would if you ingested a chemical or two( that are meant to be ingested). especially with a person that watched terrence, i would think you would know that. have you ever watched a video of his that is this long all the way through?

  • when im depressed i smoke cannabis and it heals me every time

  • @martinmoskal what do you do when cannabis isnt an option and your hopelessly depressed?

  • Wow...I'm getting stoned to evolve humanity...deep shit man...Word...

  • he is almost 100% right ..but hes not whant to se the fullprove version ask alan watts

  • @Crazypotbreed11 The gift he's given us, is Invaluable...(thanks for your post)

  • @Crazypotbreed11 He has done the same for me...and more for the Psychedellic community, than anyone...hands down. Even Timothy Leary called him,"one of the 10 most important people to have ever walked the planet..."His insight, was unbelievable. We are blessed, that he lives on, here, in these posts.

  • Tim was never a Terence. But perhaps Terence could never have been Terence without Tim being Tim.

He has set an almost unmatchable example of intellectual beauty, humility, and sense ; such truth, perfection and dearness of purpose that we will require many decades before his like is seen among us again. Terence will always be loved.

  • I was smoking cannabis in the woods a few days ago, and I started freaking out after I got severely depressed (my mental state is extremely fragile when using cannabis) then in my thoughts I got a clear picture of terence's head saying "Get control of your damn mind!" and I kept repeating this and I started crying and my mood lifted dramatically, I was thinking about how special terence is and how I wish I knew him, and how much I appreciate the things he left behind for us.

  • Download his videos, split the audio from it, save the file as mp3, and listen to it on headphones when you get ripped in the woods. Terence's voice is musical and creative energy which carries a strong positive charge. Concentrate on your breathing too. : )

  • I get the same way. It almost like the observer behind my eyes begins to say "Hang on, is this real? How do we even exist at all? I'm just one of the dreams of the universe?"

This leads to me feeling depressed because I want to see the other side of life but im sure it is nothingness, so I reluctantly stay on the boat.

Terence helps the diluded, the insecure, the creative, and the depressed with his beautiful lectures. I am also happy with what he has given humanity.

  • @twilightkinko What kind of cannabis you smoking? Makes me happy not depressed.

  • @macgreeny At the time of me posting that, I was in a depression. As you know I'm sure, cannabis is a psychedelic. I was also new to smoking and even a little bit is powerful to a new smoker. It simply magnified my mental state and I was freaking out a bit, thinking of terence helped me. I suggest anyone whos prone to depression to keep some of his audio files on your ipod, so when you're out and feel sad, you can listen and he really does make you feel better.

  • @twilightkinko your body is a temple of eternal light and energy, you are healthy and whole.

  • @twilightkinko I never had a problem with cannabis, until after I tried salvia...That's really cool that Terence came to you! I named my son after both him and DMT, which are his initials...

  • @drumlord420 It wasn't cannabis itself...it was my body, I was depressed because I had a lack of omega 3's and was depleting myself of chi, but basically I was depressed then I got high and this intensified it because physically, I really couldn't feel good, so getting high doesnt help, just mentally screws with you. Think of how good and amazing it can get, if you're depressed in such a way, it can do that much damage emotionally.

  • @twilightkinko I understand that...

  • @twilightkinko

human body is much complicated to generalize cuz u know at the root of the thing maybe it is not the cannabis inducing the fragile depressed mental state it is you- used correctly cannabis can improve ones mood what i found to be INCREDIBLY helpful is simply in the words of robert marley "Speak happiness...c'mon you all and speak of love" ^_^ i now realize that we humans have the incredible POWER/ability to Create! positive vibez and i think its our DUTY to project them<3luv

  • @twilightkinko

Word up. I have likewise had an experience where I was having an anxious CannaHigh and thinking of McKenna comforted me.

  • @twilightkinko Dude, that is so inspiring. That's what cannabis has taught me/given me the ability to cultivate, that is, that we construct our own realities since all of reality is filtered through our own subjective experiences. (not to say that there is NO way of claiming an objective reality, etc. etc.--don't want to debate with anyone here)

  • @twilightkinko well said. Thanks for being honest. I have difficult time with marijuana as well. I feel like i think of the past too much and get deeply depressed. I get so happy when it leaves my body. I tryed salvia and i must say it gives me the same feeling of marijuana but it lifts me up and says it's ok. I love salvia

  • @twilightkinko Terence said that he will always be there, behind your eyelids after 5 grams ;)

  • Terence Mckenna was good friends with Timothy Leary. And talked about him often.

  • Terrance Mckenna is the real deal, he is my hero, and i wish he where my mentor.

Timothy Leary and his bullcrap LSD and his lunatic rantings should never be compared to terrances intelligence. Leary was just a druggy at heart.

    RIP T.Mckenna

  • LOL What a disrespectful and ignorant thing to say

about your hero's hero! Go get yourself some much

    needed learning.

    RIP T.L. & of course T.M.

  • Brilliant man

  • maybe he was my personal guru. and still is in a way of internet
