  • at my dojo they told us becoming a black belt is like going to college so i need to be as close to perfect as possible and not just quit at blackbelt

  • "Blackbelt... The Ultimate Goal"???

    Martial Arts is life long learning. Teaching this causes students to think that Blackbelt is the be all and end all of their training. Students need to respect all ranks and skills.
