@noah1995cold8 bcause even though they were kind enough to lend Mortal Kombat some of their famous DC superheroes and villains for a violent video game, they thought if their heroes were killing people, then it would put a negative outlook on their heroes that children and adults have admired for generations. and even though the MK characters and the DC villains actually kill, instead of a "heroic brutality" they have toned down the violence of the fatalities, and even censored them to an extent
