@exra82 I can't find the passage at the moment but one of the gospels has one of the apostles (or maybe Jesus) saying to a soldier to do their job but not kill. I recall I thought it was a bit vague as it didn't really explain how to accomplish that. I suppose by taking people prisoner when necessary. Christ's resurrection early on the first day of the week (days start at sunset (even) not at midnight re: Genesis 1), is proof that the Holy One rested on the Sabbath. Notice how the Most High rested on the 7th day in Genesis 2:1-3 but worked on the first day in Genesis 1. Further, Isaiah 58:13 tells us that the Sabbath is the holy one of the Lord.

What was nailed to the cross were the ordinances of Moses including the ordinances regarding meats, drinks and the annual feast days (or Sabbath days), which are not to be confused with the weekly Sabbath as per the fourth commandment since there are not references to meats or drinks in the Sabbath commandment.

It was customary back then for the apostles to go from house to house on a daily basis to preach to the Jews first, then the Gentiles, the gospel of salvation through Christ.
Unlike Luke 4:16, Acts 17:2, which shows that Christ and Paul attended Sabbath worship services, there's no indication of a worship service in Acts 20:7 or in Acts 2:46.

I recall I thought it was a bit vague as it didn't really explain how to accomplish that. I suppose by taking people prisoner when necessary.
