I'm sure you are just trying to be funny since hazing is illegal and wouldn't be on youtube. My sorority and no other sorority in the NPHC is off the chain with hazing. We have thousands of members and hundreds of chapters and unfortunately sometimes there are SOME that do not follow the rules. Hazing is not condoned by any of our organizations and being involved in such behavior often leads to the closing of chapters and member expulsion.

Before I went to Tuskegee, I didn't know a thing about greek organizations at all. And when I saw the Kappas & SGRho's at first I thought the same thing as you but then I thought, there must be more to it than that, you know? Everything has a purpose, everything as a meaning. To XxUcanENViimexX, this is not a ceremony. This is a neophyte (new member) presentation. These ladies just became members of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. If you are entering school in the fall, you will not be able to join a sorority. We don't take first semester freshman and some schools won't allow it until sophomore year. You need to do your research first and observe the organizations on your campus before saying you want to join. Membership is for life and extends beyond college.
