Can the ac9 controll the flash output on the whitelighting or only the modeling light ? It appears as if it only controll the flash compensation on the camera to increase or decrease light, please explain clearly.
I just bought two Elinchrom 600rx. I also just bought a Sekonic L758DR. The Sekonic makes my Skyport system useless for my strobes. If I have the Power ST4's on my Elinchrom's and a Mini TT1 on my Nikon, when I press the test/wireless button on the Sekonic L758DR, will the radio signal work to fire the Elinchrom's? Then will I be able to adjust their values from the camera? Will I be able to control the individual test fires from the ABCD menu on the Sekonic?
If I were to purchase a FlexTT5 and an AC9 to attach to my alienbees, would I be able to do exactly what youre doing if I were to trigger the flash with a pocket wizard plus ii? (using the plus ii as a transmitter and Flex TT5 as the receiver +AC9 to adjust the power of my alienbee)

Yes. you just can't control power output from the camera. I use to use the plus ii but when I switched over tt1 with ac3, I loved them.

For the powertracking. What if my camera a Nikon D3s don' have a flash compensation?

Very concise and informative, thanks for sharing. What bracket are you using to mount your TT5 to the light stand?
Thanks again.
