I just love how many people have done this show. My high school did this show my freshman year, and it made such a huge impression on me that six years later, I'm still absolutely in love with marching band. Props to the composer who made the arrangement. They've made believers out of so many of us.

we did a show this year with quidam and another selection from Cirque du soleil and we made finals at every contest and put us at 7th place in our state championship....which is quite hard to do in oklahoma with ALOT of good bands such as Owasso, Union, and of course Broken Arrow

We're doing the same show (Bensalem HS Gr. 3) - and we sound pretty good. But so far in the standings we're not showing up too well. I'm pretty sure tomorrow at TOB we'll be much more recognized (and at least go into the teens). O well, I just want the judges to know they made a mistake (not that we ever had judges that were familiar with brass/percussion..)

Hi there, I've listened to this guy mispronounce quidam for about six months now LOL the band director gave this out at the start of the season. I'm sorry you guys haven't advanced. Oakcrest has their championships on 11/11

Is that the director talking at the beginning? He's mispronouncing Quidam. He's saying KWEE-DAHM instead of KEY-DAHM. And I heard Ninkou Lantoura which is a song from another Cirque show called Dralion. Anywho, the music sounds great. You guys did a great job.

OH, you're really lucky to be able to play the music from Quidam, it sounds great ^_^ just as it should sound.  I've been thinking about joining my school's marching band. Anyway, hope it's fun!
