@orangedac very easy but the problem is gold gives out the same signal as aluminum...its uite commen to find gold on the beach i say commen but not as comen as al ringpulls...u could pull out over 300 al ringpulls from the sand before you find a gold ring...but yes gold can be found very easy...silver is easest to find most of the time in coin form anyways

Im sorry but I must say this. Very cool design I will admit but honestly I would never use that. To me it looks like it would take the complete fun out of metal detecting.
