Anyone w/ the ability to hear and capable of critical thought heard what Barnicle said. Prof. Dyson was spot on. Ppl like Barnicle don't want to talk about racism when it requires them to concede that they have benefited from such a system while others, obviously, have not. Instead of viewing many aspects of our nation's social problems as long-lasting consequences of racism, they rather believe that Blacks are a morally inferior people who should be thankful for benevolent Whites.
