@RE4kicksyourass No. And there is no parachute, the targeting is really glitchy, cover mechanics are really glitchy and annoying, there are no taxi, ambulance or police missions and there are far less mini games around the city.

It is an amazing game and really good none the less and has many strong points and is probably my second favorite GTA. However IGN and Gamespot both gave it a 10/10 which is a joke.
