In a tournament, if a player pays the required entry fee, he or she is entitled to play their chips any way they want. In a cash game, a player is entitled to play his money any way he or she wants. If Phil is tired of reckless players and loose calls, he should stop playing in certain tournaments and cash games. He expects everyone to play "by the rules" and not everyone does. Boo hoo, pasty crybaby.
