Pulling of like that is in 4th gear i think, i once saw a yellow 143-500 it was named

''AIR FORCE ONE'' thats a perfect name for this truck.

i drove a 143-470 a little while it was unlimited and a straight open pipe.

I had the time of my life through the mountains with 110kmh up and 90 on top

@Scoobmeister When I said "every truck" I was talking about the last few years, not 15 years ago.

My first truck was an old Daf 85, Loved it, manual gearbox and doing 100 km/h easily.

Oh by the way, our other R480 broke down just the other day, one off the valve opening rods (don't know the correct english word) broke and blocked the engine. Still don"t know why you think I'm a scania fanny, I just like the way they drive.

@Scoobmeister Yeah, probably you have seen "loads" off trucks, on the highways that is, I bet you cant even drive a decent sized pick up.

I drove every make off heavy european truck except renault and iveco only the two we had in school so not for work.

All the rest: Merc, fail 3 times, Volvo fail one time (electrical), Daf one time(broken air line and brakes locked, very scarry in the rain) Scania, driving the longest time now, never failed, did blow 3 tires on 2 different container chassis.

Fact 1: I drove a brand new mercedes MP3 for 7 months at Mammoet Road Cargo, had to go to the garage two times and needed 24h service two times.

Fact 2: am now driving a R480 for 1.5 years, it was 1 year old when I got it, needed assistance 3 times because tire fauillure on the trailer.

I don't care iff it is truck off the year, mine blew out it's transmission when it was 2 weeks old.

@mountainacer There is only one master of heavy haulage and that is a mercedes 4160 Titan, good for 250 tons, I think the MAN TGA 41.660 and the TGX 680 are also good for 250 tons.

Volvo FH16 is max 175 tons.

Nothing beats the Nicolas tractomas D100 afcours but that is a special product

The Nissan has a beautiful sound ( it has 26.5 litre V10 -no turbo ) very low stress engine never has to work hard. Im going to try post some vids soon ( I am new to all this ). Highly recommend Japanese trucks , they really are fantastic trucks, super reliable. AND WHY would this be fake / photoshopped ??? Its a truck , not A UFO or Sasquatch or something ?? WHY would you need to fake it ?

You don't see many UK trucks over here, I've seen an ERF in JCB colours, a standard white one with a blue trailer and that's about it. I can't remember seeing a Leyland over here ever.

A 26.5 litre you say, that's one big engine you got there, I would like to see a video of this one for sure.

I cant find any Nissan trucks ( they must be on there somewhere ) but there are a few vids of Isuzu Giga , one has the 10TD1 engine , which is the 30.3 litre V10 . It is almost identical to the one the company I work for has , same colour , etc and light weight alloys. These are marvellous trucks , I am completely sold on them .Wont have anything else now. Check them out !

@xTRAXXASx Yes they are very good trucks . They arnt very common here in UK but there are quite a few about and they are becoming more and more popular. They are extremely reliable , almost trouble free. Highly recommend them , check them out.

Very nice indeed , lovely engine sound . Is it a twin-steer I cant quite tell I think it is? I used to drive a Leyland Roadtrain ( long while ago now!!) twin steer .Very good underrated trucks. You dont see so many twin steers about now. Now I drive a 2000 Nissan Diesel /UD Big Sam ( 6x4 tractor ) here in UK . These are fantastic trucks , not many in the UK. The company also has an Isuzu Giga which is nearly as good as the Nissan.
