  • Dem roundhouse kicks were EPIC son! Lol keep up da good work DEMCADDY

  • Things I learned in the US Army (Scout/Recon)..

1:NEVER share a Foxhole with a guy BRAVER than YOU!

2: When the enemy is within range, SO ARE YOU!

3: You walk into a FAR ambush, Run and break contact

4: You walk into a CLOSE ambush.....ATTACK LIKE YOUR PISSED OFF!

Good Luck & Stay Safe......"Scouts Out"

  • Finger placement on your trigger, Once you set your finger ,LEAVE IT THERE, In the video your are Removing the finger all the way off of the trigger and REaquiring the finger position and thats not good. Release that trigger JUST enough to let the trigger reset for the next shot, then your ready for the next.(Can be done in DRY FIRE too) This is true in long guns & pistols. Muscle memory after awhile with it. Good luck!

  • "Let me see your WAR FACE!! Ya Gotta WAR FACE DONT CHA? You dont impress me, WORK ON IT!!!" LOL FMJ MOVIE!

  • hey Demcad, i have a shooting tip for you. if you are shooting in single shots try to slowly pull the trigger because it looks like you are jerking the trigger. its one of the things they taught us in the army

  • @Daffyy2009 and if you want i can make a video of what i have learned in shooting in the army

  • You need CARDIO and a good caloric deficit in your diet to burn that fat, You got a strong upper body but agility is extremely limited but your stamina is surprisingly good!

  • Comment removed

  • i heard you can buy antibiotics that are for fish over the counter which are very close to the stuff they prescribe us

  • epic roundhouse kick..

  • Bug in, Bug out debate/conciderations. If you do not have acess to Food, Water, shelter, or security were you are, you need to leave.

All of your preps, till you aquire too many, should be stored in, or around vehicle, IE totes in your garage, Kit in trunk. after that they should be stored in deep secure locations, or off site.

You should have a clear, thought out plan, should you leave, one that can be planed, and comunicated to others now, have maps, and all your totes/stuff

  • @dreamthinker79

there are many possible bugging out senarios, but lack of any of the 4 things. and you might want to highly concider an exit, from the cause of whatever it is, 35S aint gonna be the ticket. keep options open, and have redundancy.

Survival is more about the decisions you make, than the things you have

  • Just head north if things turn sour eh. In Canada we'd just all be toking on the finest bud and playing some puck

  • dude its a stupid mistake posting about ur survival strategy. When anarchy comes, people will go to you if they know where you live since they know you are well prepared than they are

  • @j12torts I for one, am glad about him and others posting ideas, tips and tricks. As one survivalist put it, its not merely surviving the crash, but building communities and solving problems afterwards.

  • dude u really wanna help yourself? apply for a visa in another country...go to an Asian country like Philippines, the next tigerhouse of the economy

  • I can help you on your "physical training". I am a Fire Fighter and also a trainer on the side. I can send you some workouts that you can do in your home no equipment needed..Just hit me up in my inbox if you are interested.

  • oh, i posted on this in your other video. good job!

  • the antibiotics, the infection could get worse, possibly becoming resistant to antibiotics. That, if it even was a bacterial infection. Due to this loose idea about just popping antibiotics to cure one self has led the medical community into so many problems, such as the emergence of antibiotic resistant infections, such as MRSA. There is a reason why they are so hard to obtain without a doctors order. Please don't take antibiotics unless you have knowledge about their correct use - Paramedic/RN

  • @echosixnoble You're talking about someone that takes antibiotics all the time with increasing doses at will. Taking antibiotics when one becomes ill early will/can save their life. I won't hesitate to take my back up antibotics when/if I need them and not hold back and get into a worse situation.

  • What the fuck is up with antibiotics in the Youtube community? I keep seeing videos on Youtube about this. You can't just start taking antibiotics because you feel sick. You need testing to make sure your white blood cell counts are high to indicate use. If the problem is viral or fungal and NOT bacterial, you will weaken your immune system which is fighting the infection and can end up with irreparable, if not lethal damage to your body. In addition, if you don't know what your doing with..

  • You have become so much more adept, its a pleasure to watch you grow into a survivor.

  • oh and check out THE PATHFINDERS SCHOOL LLC.Great videos..Dave Canterbury, from dual survival the disc. channel..he has a great online store also.knives are pricey though.

  • Hey DEMCAD check out THEPATRIOTNURSE she's from my great state of TN.she is the go to girl for medical prepping, medicines, med bags, symtoms, laserasions, gunshot wounds etc...The water filter delema...dont waste your money, boil it.I know it's hard to beileve but somtimes technology is not the best remedy.

  • DEMCAD I sure wouldn't want to get popped by you. As a 20 year martial artist, you have some great combo to the upper body but do not neglect groin strikes, they are devastating! Keep up the great work!

  • Good video. I just bought a bag last month for the same purposes. We are also using resistannce tubes for strength training. Cheers. Regina

  • Try focus pad training with a friend (cheap equipment) and rotate with some other exercises. e.g 1 minute punching/slapping/palming intensity followed by 1 minute of sit ups/push ups/skipping/jumping jacks/sprints 50m. Aim for 5 minutes 100% intensity exercise each turn and then swap with your partner. Training with a buddy is more fun and motivating, you should try and push each others limits. Also getting a dog is a good way of keeping you fit as they need walking every day....lol

  • Also looking at your press ups, don't stop when you cannot do any more and try not to snap your elbows at the end of a repetition, furthermore drop to your knees and do another set of repetitions at a slower speed or intensity when you cannot do the full ones. Ultimately though..WELL DONE....keep up the hard work!

  • Carbenicillin, Amoxycillin & Penicillin are available from a veterinary store without prescription and normally have a shelf life of 2-3 years.

  • Reg, here is the best way to practice hand to hand combat (I have learned martial arts for 10 years). Forget the training videos or books. They are only good for thinking about fighting. Get yourself two pairs of boxing gloves. Bring your buddy over and have at each other no holds barred. You will be surprised how much you can learn just from this. There is no substitute for actual combat. Fight club style.

  • DEMCAD PLEASE ANSWER/SOMEBODY: When water runs out, should we turn to nearby creek water and boil water for drinking? I want to invest in a water filter, but it only lasts 1 year, & I'm a student who doesn't have the funds. My parents also don't believe me about the worsening economy, and won't help because they see no point.

  • @noir21072 I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one with these problems. The more I try to tell my dad about these things, the more he seems to want to turn a blind eye. I wish you the best of luck.

  • @noir21072 get a katadyn water purifier. Thats what i did. I got the Katadyn pocket that filters 13,000 gallons on 1 filter. Buy backup filters..They are about 300.00.

  • Something worth mentioning about carrying the bag to condition yourself, is that there is an overload point where you damage your back instead of just working out, it can result in poor posture for life if you aren't careful...

    just some friendly advice

  • We love your videos Demcad! We're in Maine and have similar weather to yours. Check out Greg Jackson (of UFC coaching fame) books The Stand Up Game and The Ground Game. Also check out Bas Ruten videos on YouTube for self-defense. Gracie combatives is excellent too. Keep on prepping and get more ammo.... could be the next currency!

  • I love all your videos..they're always so informative and thought provoking! Thanks for that! I've gotten myself physically more fit, but just would really like to be able to spar with someone to give me that real-life situation feel rather than just my kickboxing bag. Keep up the good work!!

  • and im glad someone is admitting that their not physically ready. most people deny it

  • haha i love that spinning back kick at the beginning

  • Comment removed

  • Way ta train brother man! I really appreciate all the advice and some of the heads up information on your site. It's good to get common sense advice and just reminders from a fellow working class American. Thanks for taking your time to put this stuff out here and teaching others, even some things you are just learning.Your a good dude in my book Reggie!

  • I know most of us can't pay for hand 2 hand combat . I would say buy graice jujitsu tape with enough leverage you can move the world. and the best traing in the world is to run at lest 4 mile every day and push up's pull up's thing's of the vain. I've been taking marshal science since i was 4 year's old . the old way's are by for the best way's of training thx for your time and remember watch out and look up .

  • I'd tell you my weaknesses but the Illuminati are listening :)

  • if you want to buy antiboiotics just go to fosters and smith aqautics website and order fish antibiotics.this may sounds crazy but they come in 250 mg pills instead of 500mg and they are the exact same as doctor prescribed. this is a little loophole into stocking up your antibiotics. trust me I did it and ive even taken them for an ear infection they worked perfectly.

  • @homeshortly I dont deny inflation or a jacked up monetary system of debt. It will get worse. But preparing for that through investments versus preparing for return of the living dead....big difference. The price of gas hasnt doubled and is actually down significantly. Less than 3$ where I live.

  • Great... I spent 4 years getting into the shape of my life, learning to box, paying off my property, reading between the lines, and practicing common sense only to learn that when the crap hits the fan I'm still going to have to put up with conspiritorial ass hats.

    Here's to population decimation.....

  • if your training for hand to hand watch your balance. try to stay away from kicking your a big guy but you should think about your footing when you fight. take a fighting stance and remember to bend your knees a little

  • know your area and how the soil is? do you have compost? do you have fertilizer? do you know how each plant grows because it is not just stick it in the ground and it grows. every soil is different and has different needs. maybe your soil is lacking nitrogen. or phosphorus. or like pacific northwest Need lime to bring up the ph levels in the soil. there is a science to it. knowledge is always key.

  • How about gardening. It takes a knowledge to garden. then you have to be able to secure a garden or maybe a greenhouse so you can continue to grow food. do you have land tilled and being used for it? because if you don't it will be much harder to trade your lawn for a garden when time gets tough. you will need to dig so yes strength like ur talking about. it is a lot of work.

  • 0:00 Roadhouse!

  • Really, prepper or not, this is good info for disaster preparedness.

  • Do burpees and check out barmasterz videos on you tube. given your size, you don really need to lift iron to get stronger. Explosive as well as slow, controlled claisthenics will give u much power and strength. not a prepper but ya got me thinkin, anyway, check out barasterz

  • find yourself an awkward chunk of metal and start lifting. use silver water in lieu of antibiotics

  • I know this is gonna sound stupid but what does SHTF means?

  • @JiaIreland imma hurt you lol "shit hits the fan"! and i love your channel to ;) well thats what i thought it meant

  • You are the Man...

  • Demcad, you can find good Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Thai Boxing training videos, on Youtube.

    Free, free.

  • @DemCad. You can purchase Colliadel Silver that is a natural antibiotic. Look it up.

  • Congratulations on recognizing your lack of physical fitness. Might I recommend Crossfit? You will find more info by visiting Crossfit.com and/or entering crossfit as a keyword in YouTube. As a police officer and Marine vet, I highly recommend it. Good luck brother!

  • I got food, water and a bugout bag. I'm going to get my gun license so I can get guns. Going to start getting medical stuff an workout more too. Nice punches dem you got quick hands don't know about your kicks though lol jk.

  • Right on Bro!

  • The Scout Motto is: BE PREPARED which means you are always in a state of readiness in mind and body to do your DUTY.

Be Prepared in Mind by having disciplined yourself to be obedient to every order, and also by having thought out beforehand any accident or situation that might occur, so that you know the right thing to do at the right moment, and are willing to do it.

Be Prepared in Body by making yourself strong and active and able to do the right thing at the right moment, and do it.

  • If it's good enough for the Boy Scouts, it'a good enough for me. BE PREPARED !!!

  • @DEMCAD do the Korean arts style thing and use your knees and elbows more :)

  • We are all in the same predicament. Demcad you will look back at these times and realise what you did was the finest thing a real human can do by sharing it very early in time! Today it's in your face in my face and it's a tad bit late for some! We overcame the panic and realised!

  • After a few tiresome years of study I was slipping in and out of denial! This is wot I have realised! The u.s must give way to the new imperial power...just as Britain did! The citizens of the u.s are simply in my mind the worst off with what is most definitely heading their way in terms of the worst economic turmoil the world will ever see!!!

  • Ok i was made redundant for the very first time in 2007 and managed to research! I continued my research in relation the economic times past, present and future and was hooked on the events that unfolding currently!

  • You're wasting 'your youth with this Prep info. You could be using your time, energy and money to raise a family. When you grow old and take your last breath then you will realize how much you have wasted your life Demcad.

  • @adamsw247 You can do both Adams. I applaud Demcad for trying to be self reliant. Self reliance and personal responsibility were what made our grandparents and greatgrandparents on down, survive and thrive in this country. He is one less person on the public dole, one less burden on our broke corrupt govt. He is much more likely to survive disaster, economic downturn, civil unrest ect. Why would you take that away from him?

  • @Mastinox803 I don't prep for collapse, I prep for disaster. But I dont begrudge those that do because I would rather see someone prepare for a year than not at all. If I build my storage up to a year supply, it's so I can help neighbors and friends that did not prepare I'd disaster hits. But I hope to never use it.

  • Taking prepping to this level of extreme isnt rational. Fear has grabbed you and you live in it's shadow. You had a video 1.5 years ago about how in less than 5 years there would be a total collapse. Ill show up every 6 months until maybe you realize you have blown this entirely out of proportion. You are pissing away the best years of your live. I once had your mentality until I realized how self destructive it is. Im not saying go out and be the typical debt ridden consumer. Moderation is key.

  • As for storing drugs, I don’t do it for two reasons. 1. Drugs are toxic chemicals. Do you think you can recover your health by taking poison? 2. In 1900 there were people in the US that were curing all kinds of diseases, cancer, heart disease, spinal cord injuries without drugs and surgery. I learned how to do that. I have completely repaired knee cartilage damaged in a fall, restored my hearing and last year cured myself of cancer. Does your survival medicine kit have those instructions?

  • human antibiotics=fish antibiotics...fish mox, fish penn, fish cillin, etc. cheap, easy to obtain, and exact same as what a doc would prescribe. my shipment recently came in.

  • I was a 20 year old during the Great Inflation of the 1970s. By 1980 the US was dangerously close to a hyperinflationary collapse. Back then I did a lot of what you are doing now. But this is my second time to prepare and I learned a lot from the first experience.

Back then, I lived in the city and owned a house in the country. My plan was to move the family to the country house if necessary and prepared to do that in one trip along back roads.

When you leave your home, you are a refugee.

  • That was not a complete list. Just starters. I could go on. Toothpaste, baking soda, tooth brushes, splints, etc, etc.

  • Neosporin, bandages, hydrogen peroxide, betadine, alcohol (not necessarily vodka- LOL) Talk to local EMT's and hospital first aid classes.

  • You make amazing videos about preparing. Just a thought, if you haven't already, I would secure extra glasses or contacts so that you have good eyesight when the SHTF

  • @TheOzoneLayerHatesMe Oh, I have. That's a very important thing to me.

  • Surprisingly fast for a big man. Lose the kicks, keep up the cardio, learn some close combat/grab and restrain moves, and most importantly begin to meditate. Meditation will increase your ability to remain calm and clear minded while engaging in situations like you are preparing for. Calmness and clarity is your greatest asset when SHTF. Plus learning to focus your breathing will help your endurance when running or fighting and your steadiness when shooting in high stress situations.

  • Dude when your firing guns you look like a mean mofo. Unlike when your talking and laughing in your vids.

  • I have watched your post for quite a while and love the information you have provided....lose the kicks bruh...your balance isn't close to being centered....all due respect....Cardio great, but for a actual street fight...go to local gym and get a sparring partner or high school wrestling coach for something useful....all due respect...or keep the 45 handy.

  • Let's see what else... you can make Faraday cages cheaply to protect vital electronic devices from emp. I understand my comments in totality seem over the top, but there is no telling where the knock out blow to America will come.

  • Also check Stirling engines for electricity generation a book by Joel salatin called YOU CAN FARM its very helpful understanding sustainable farming.

  • Learn about silage and small animals like rabbits and chickens because they have lower feed requirements and turn over waste to nutrified soil faster. I posted a video about silage on my channel and how it can be helpful you can do it in Michigan.

  • Damn regg mess that bag up

  • ThePatriotNurse on youtube has an entire video on where you can antobotics on the internet and which ones to buy for SHTF... /watch?v=DOfthwm_v3E&feature=channel_video_title

  • i have a job were i get dropped off in remote regions for up to a week at a time, and part of the job requires me to carry medicine for obvious reasons, i found after all the red tape, that if i just asked the doctor and told him what i did he wrote me a prescription for a general type of antibiotic, that i renew every year. i keep the old ones in my bug out bag and my new ones i keep on me. hope that helps, all in all just ask the doctor

  • An excellent video. For your medical peeps, as some other folks have mentioned, Patriot Nurse and USNERDOC both have great advice in the medical area. One area I am working on is in the area of firearms training. This weekend, I completed a Rifle Marksmanship course with the Appleseed Project. Although I did not earn the Rifleman patch, I learned a great deal about how to effectively use a rifle. It would have been to see more people of color there besides myself. Regardless, if you are looking

  • Squeeze the trigger, don't Jerk it!

  • You should hit the jump rope. Are you preparing for 12/12/2012?

  • Comment removed

  • Hey man, I was just wondering something, are you right handed? Just it looked to me as if you were throwing power punches with your front hand and jabbing with the back hand, I'm not criticising, just letting you know that if you switched it round so your left hand was forward and your right was back you should be able to put more bodyweight behind those power-punches :)

  • @PatrickCaseyOconnor I'm right handed. I punch with my left, but I shot with my right.

  • @DEMCAD

I am ambidexterous and can lead with either hand, the fact that you fight southpaw, is an advantage for you in that most people are used to fighting Right handed people. As for Antibiotics, anything you find in a Grange Co-op or Agricultural supply store for livestock works well for humans, just get a lot of gell capsuals to make up dosages. I have also heard from a Nutrition PhD that Grapefruit Seed Extract is a very Powerful antibiotic for internal, tastes very bitter tho

  • @DEMCAD Using your stronger hand is part of the Jeet Kune Do system. So, it's not like you're doing anything wrong.

  • Your In Goot Shape For A ig Dude, You Swing Em Purty Good! Yer Sweating Bleach, Thats When Yer Putting Out Hard LOL

  • Now that your kicking that is cool. Your big use it to your advantage. Do a couple of elbow hits like Tyson use to extremely devastating. On your kicks if you could get the round house down that I think would be good and works with that bag. The spinning Back kick is slow the opponent will see it coming unless you have hit them good already. Your front snap kick is very good. If you could do a sliding front snap kick man that kicks ass.

  • Also to add to this a pull up bar can be made yourself with some steel plumbing pipes, hung in your basement from your floor joists.

If you cannot afford dumbbells milk jugs full of sand with suffice to start with!

    Goodluck and never quit!

  • Don't ever get disheartened Demcad,it is a long process getting yourself back into shape but it is never impossible.

As i said before take a look at P90X,it is a structured training regime, structure is what you need to lose body fat, that and self discipline.

All you need is one hour a day,six days a week and in three months you will start to see and feel the difference and you do not need to spend alot of money on fancy equipment, pull up bar and some dumbbells is all you need.

  • Keep up the good work man. Get some free weights to augment your workout regime. Always keep your eyes on the target, even with those back kicks. You can learn fighting techniques from a book, I'm sure your local library has some on the shelves.

The weak part of my prepping is supplies. Wife won't allow me to gather more stuff...thinking about getting a small storage unit to aide me in that area, but don't think the dishonesty vibe would pass.

  • keep at it Dem.....

ur giving it the good ole colelge try, nothing wrong w/ that

  • just watch Die hard when shtf you'll be so ready to take on the world mental prepared. you'll be fine. Well at least until the first knockout. we are fucked so bring lube! lol

  • I think you should check out some stick fighting videos Dem- will give you the physical mechanics, change any boredom in the routine and lets face it, weapons give the tactical advantage. That said examine the riots in England and what tools the population had in dealing with the gangs, and of course from stick/shovel/mop (get the picture?) we should evolve into blade systems. Because bullets are a one time use item... Of course seeking top notch training is a luxury- but Utube can give basics.

  • If you find out how to legally get antibiotics, I'd love to know.

Solid form on pushups. Your boxing technique could use some work -- keep your guard up and your punches short. Snap them in and turn your wrist at the end.

Physically, I need to be doing more myself. Hitting the gym twice/week isn't enough. I need to do much more cardio. I think cardio would help you the most as well. You look like you have good natural strength, just need to get the heart rate up.

  • hy brother, southflorida prepper here, you can get antybiotics on line, animal antybiotics, are the same as people, you dont need a presrcition

  • Pine cones, Walnut hulls, tree inner-bark and many plants. Go to the library and you should find a lot of homeopathic remedies

  • Your punches look good.. I have minimum food, water, medical etc... Trying to build up my supplies

  • Never try that spinning back kick in a real fight. LOL

  • @DEMCAD - Major weakness in my preps is probably communications. Please let me know what you find on the antibiotics. I looked into that a little bit and I know Patrotnurse did discuss this topic in a video. Thanks

  • Very good, honest video. The only way to get better is to be honest with yourself. You are making a great example to follow DemCad. You should be proud of yourself for continuing to improve!

  • And it can be taken internally (drinking your own urine), it can compete with any man made antibiotic, it helps to clear infection from within. There is so much people don't know, research it.

  • you do know that you can get antibiotics off amazon, right?

  • great video, once again you remind me "what Else" factor when it comes to being prepared.

You might want to address and take a look at what clothing you have in your bug out pack. A great pair of tennis shoes perhaps, Hiking boots, jackets even simple things as socks will make a great difference. Living in Cali most of the people are so used to dealing with earth quakes but not many/most of us will be ass'd out when we are forced out of our homes with nothing but the clothes on our backs.

  • Urine is a natural antiseptic, and it is free and one can easily provide it for themselves. : ) It is great for wounds.

  • Those fast and heavy punches gonna destroy what comes up against them, that's for sure. I mean it, nice! Regarding to kicks in general, no one should be kicking in a street fight or any other kind of close combat, except maybe a shaolin monk or karate kid (Low kick is fine). In regards to picking wounded friends up, its all about technique. The weakest guy can lift and carry the strongest, one just have to learn how. Endurance, skill and a clear head, are more important than muscle strength.

  • Antibiotics is just that, Anti-body... Get Silver thats the bestyou can have....

  • I'd d my push up with elbows closer to my body if i were. Better for the shoulder joints.

I'd also do a bit of foot work before hitting the bag and then add the bag.

  • Don't forget to stretch. Half of performing any kind of self defense is having the ability to do so with your body, not just knowing moves. Develop a stretching routine that you take part in everyday for at least 20 minutes that focuses on all major muscle groups. It's amazing how good you feel, and how well (fluid) you can move when you are flexible.

  • Try getting antibiotics for fish at a fish store or over the internet. Same stuff they give humans.

  • @Atom47Ag ...exaxtly....fish mox, fish penn, fish cillin

  • hey Dem, live stream tonight?

  • Try some barbell free weight movements like bench presses, bentover rows, Deadlfts and power cleans with as much weight as you can handle for 5 sets of 10 reps.. Do that 2 or 3 times a week and you`ll build tremendous upper body strength.. Your a fairly young guy you should respond quickly.. Get at least 200 grams of protein a day

  • Push ups and Neosporin, FTW. Good ways to build strength....chop fire wood, work with your hands, wrestle someone bigger than you. :-)

  • Try searching for martial arts training on YouTube there are tons of great martial artists on here axonian has some cool vids and chosonninja has some good instructional vids!

  • And essential oils.

  • You talked about needing antibiotics...everything that is available medicinally is available in nature...learn about wild medicine, making your own tincture and poultices. Its something that haunts me that I need to learn more of.

  • I like that you make do with what you have. Try a little more precision and fluidity in your bag work. If you create combinations that flow from one strike/block to another, you will increase your efficiency, speed, and power. Think about dropping your opponent with one blow. That should actually be your goal.

  • Keep it up Demcad, My fitness is my BIG problem. I've got some RRREALLY sweet preps,, but in the last few years of prepping and doom and gloom,,, I turned into an alcoholic. I used to run triathlons. Being a doomer has its price. Yeah I'm 39, and completely debt free,, yeah the house is paid off, I have 5 vehicles, a Hot wife and 2 awsome little kids. But I can't break out of this drinking............... But if you can do it,, I have to try.

  • @sittinguy Read the book "the power of now" It gives you the tools to mentally let go of the crap in your head and heal yourself. Replace fear with love.

  • @sittinguy You can do it.

  • @sittinguy smoking pot or taking 2-4 grams of shrooms should help with the drinking problem. GL m8

  • Don't worry about those kicks demcad their just gonna mess you up. Now a low kick to the legs would work to knock them down but other than that don't worry about kicks.

  • Good work. Don't go too hard too early. A mix of regular light cardio/weight training combined with a healthy balanced diet will soon have you firing on all cylinders. I'm sure you'll find some hand to hand combat training through Youtube.

  • Good video, I think one great thing for prepping is to review your preps, see whats weak and work on plugging the holes. Alot of people get tunnel vision and do not look at the overall picture. Take care and you and your family have a wonderful Holiday Season

  • Hey reggie check this vid out. Its worth leting you subscribers know. ( channel name: Hiberniason.

    Vid: status of the campaign.

Seriously let your viewers know thanks

  • Hi DEMCAD.

Why do you convulsively close one eye when shooting?

It is more natural to have both eyes open.

You get less tired that way (you could even get a headache), and keep shooting over a longer time.

It is easy to learn. Try it, and tell me what you think.

  • Still, if things are going to get that bad, do you REALLY want to be in an urban area? You will be overwhelmed by the starving masses. Doesn't matter how many guns you have, you will be overrun.

  • Your alright Demcad, Keep up the good work wish you could of stayed in Alaska.

  • Check out PatriotNurse here on YT. She covers a LOT of good med preps. She advocates natural antibiotics first, but that they don't always work. Raw honey from your area is great for cuts and allergies (pollen builds an immunity). Vet antibiotics work fine, if you have a nursing guide for dosage and uses. They all say USP on them, so they are as pure as those from the pharmacy.

  • @combatjm89 USNERDOC is another great channel here! Great to see you boxing. I'm disabled from years of airborne service, so my exercise routine is limited. I train for quick, explosive kills, as I can't duke it out like I used to...

  • Reggie I envy you for your will power. I'm about the same size as you but my ass creates a suction on my chair and I cant get up and get moving. I think I will set a goal to at least get out and walk a mile or two.

  • @demcad hey man great that your getting into physical stuff more, check out scooby1961 his channel is all about home fitness and nutrition he doesnt sell you anything and he knows his stuff.

  • Visualize your opponent.

When you do that straight punch with your left hand, try to stabilize your right foot and twist from the waist, turning your body to generate maximum thrust with your fist.

  • The more you know the less you need.

  • dont fully extend your punches and kicks/press ups/ always leave a slight kink in ur joints. when you fully extend arm/leg movements it takes the pressure of force off your muscles and distributes it to your bones and cartilage (bone on bone and rubbing cartilage), you wont feel it when ur young but go ask runners/athletes when they are sixty if there hips are still good or not, who ever tells u to fully extend out ur exercises aka wanna gym gurus dont know what they are talking about

  • I do Taekwondo based kickboxing as part of my prep strategy and commitment to health. Take a look at this video for how to do a roundhouse kick: "Taekwondo Round House Kick Tutorial (taekwonwoo)". I would post the link directly, but YouTube comments aren't allowing it. You have long arms which is good to keep you away from a target.

  • I hear you Demcad. My weaknesses are very similiar and I have been working on bettering my fitness. years ago I practiced wing chun and wish I could do that more around my area. Having a family its very hard to "prep" especially when your spouse does not want to hear about the reasons because it depresses and scares her and friends don't so I am at a half prep situation with basics like extra food, gear, silver and a small amount of ammo but not doing a whole lot of shooting at the range such.

  • @elgringote3 "Asleep" people who say they are "sensitive" and "don't want to hear it" are usually HIGHLY MANIPULATIVE and are dissembling, so watch out! I speak from experience.

  • 8.75!!!!

  • The title for this video is wrong, it should be "DEMCAD GOES BEAST MODE"

  • Demcad you need to learn how bob and weave movement. When you get into a fist fight your not gonna just stand there

  • Nice Job you are getting better every video.
