@thedezoe yeah I read that shortly afterwards ;) than I met this guy he said Oh I have some old synth... dunno how to work it... you want it... It was an original sh3! So I got one... not as amazing as I expected

No, the SH3 had a filter more like the system 100.
The SH3A filter is actually more moog-like.
The court case was about the SH2000.
