I could easily answer Tupac`s question about why NY people were "tripping" when he made a song bigging up the west Side.The reason NY people are "tripping" is because you made those songs to take subliminal Jabs at New York.When rappers big up Brooklyn or Bronx or whatever,they did not take Jabs at anybody.Pac said West-side is the best side and west-side is the real side(insinuating that New Yorkers have fake thugs) And he also said Fuck New York.So how are people suppose to react?

Homie..Your chronology is confused. On Me Against The World (1995), Pac praised NY. Then those fools started dropping "Who Shot YA" and "Get Money" and all that. Pac didn't respond 'til "Hit 'Em Up" was released (March 1996).

The Fugees, also, were saying things within their interviews taking subliminal jabs at Pac and the West (e.g., The Eastside is the best side) . It's like a gang of NY fools were jumping into a fight taking sides, even without knowing what's up. Pac was heated.

Who shot ya was made before tupac got shot,puffy just happen to release it shortly after Pac got shot and it did`nt have anything to do wit Pac.Plus Pac admitted that Biggie did warn him about that dude that wound up shooting Tupac.Pac was just mad cause he felt Big did`nt get into details.Shortly after Pac got out of jail he appeared in that dog pound video "New York New York" and mocked New York.I can`t comment on the Fugees cause i did`nt hear the interview with them.

"Wrong"? Puffy did drop or release "Who Shot Ya," even after Pac got shot in '94!!! Now it makes no difference whatsoever whether the track has been "made" before Pac has gotten shot. Rather, what makes a difference is that the track has been released RIGHT AFTER Pac has gotten shot. This has been rather "opportunistic" on Puffy's part - to say the least.
