Play the dungeon level. When you are about to defeat Koopa jump in the air and hit the axe while getting hit by koopa. you'll shrink but won't die. Next level you get will shrink you with mushroom and allow small firey

@UNSUNGBAND Well thats the way it was on the original NES cartridge, they may have made it easier to do on the Wii version
