There awas acctually a glitch like this a while ago when construction first came out, there was a massive house party for the player who got 99 con first and the owner had so much lagg that he expelled all the guests, as he did all the players that were in the dungeon still had the pvp ability and ran around killing all players in varrock with valuables, jagex banned all the players who killed others for valuables, unfortunately jagex couldn't give any of the items back because loads
