Curious ... of all the brine methods out there, your method is the first to NOT boil any water. In essence, are you simply creating a very loose and watery marinade? Or, is there a big difference in mariade versus brine?

@vonImages i think he does boil the water, the end of the video says hot water so im assuming thats what he did
