  • Doesn't boil. Too much salt, and doesnt even say what is his "secret" chicken rub. I give it a thumbs down on helpful.

  • 3/4 cup salt to 8 ounces of water is much more salt than in the other brine recipes out there

  • Curious ... of all the brine methods out there, your method is the first to NOT boil any water. In essence, are you simply creating a very loose and watery marinade? Or, is there a big difference in mariade versus brine?

  • @vonImages i think he does boil the water, the end of the video says hot water so im assuming thats what he did
