What I do on CB, unlike you hyenas is legal and proper, aside from transmitting Emergency Alert System tones and messages on Channel 19 when an EAS message I receive on TV or radio, I relay via my microphone on my CB portable radio. What I do is public service, you are just evil. And before you ask, yes sending one way transmissions is legal if it involves emergency traffic being transmitted, such as a warning message of a hazard condition or other concerning situation.
